too expensive, 2400 total for brake job (including all the fees for "coming out"), i supplied all parts except the calipers he decided needed replaced, which were uncoated and immediately rusted. told me he needed to disassemble my interior to release the parking brake, the hanes repair manual makes no mention of this. id go somewhere/one else, unless you wanna donate some money to him

To expensive call them to get a price to fix my brake line booster. I didn't even get a chance to get what I needed done out. He told me it was $200 just to come and look at it then they charge it towards the work. My brake line booster has a leak that is very visible and very upfront. To me it's a 60 dollar job. Rude didn't let me explain seem like he didn't want to be on the phone so I just let it go.

BEWARE if you are a woman who does not have much knowledge of cars. I’ve been overcharged many times for car repair and car maintenance and this is another time I almost was. They charge you $200 for a deposit, paid to a personal venmo account (sketchy.) The one good thing I can say is that mechanic, John, came out quickly and also he did a thorough check of my car (I thought I had a dead animal in my engine but unable to locate it). However he then tried to charge me $2400 to take it into the shop for 3 days to take out the battery, battery holder and computer to check for the animal. Nothing needed replaced, just removed to remove the animal. To clarify, my car was running fine, it was just the smell. When i said i can’t do 3 days, i need my car to get to work, he said “can’t you just ask someone to take you to work? can you uber?” when i said no i can’t really do that he said “okay i can do it in one day then.” i felt pressured and it was weird that he immediately tried to counter offer me by saying one day. He also offered to remove the parts right then and there for $600, which doesn’t make sense bc then why would he need to take it to the shop at all? He asked for half of the $2400 up front if taking it to the shop. When I said i was going to call my dad, he said “oh do you not have the money?” that felt odd to me. I do have the money but that is a LOT of money for anything. I didn’t want to just hand it over. My dad made me realize the guy was way overcharging me at best, scamming me at worst. When my dad spoke on the phone to him (to be fair i am not sure what was said, but I know my dad was upset) the mechanic immediately said he was going to leave. So he did. Mind you I had gotten an animal removal the week prior and was charged $60 from another place (though to be fair I do not believe they had to remove any parts to get to it.) The whole exchange felt unprofessional overall especially because he came in an unmarked vehicle with unmarked clothing. For all i know he could’ve been some random guy on the street. I would be very wary if you are a woman needing a car repair. I would try to have a man with you or at least on the phone if you really need to call this place. At the very least another woman who is knowledgeable about cars. I hate to play the sexism card but i do feel my experience had a lot to do with the fact that im a young woman and i don’t feel comfortable or knowledgeable enough to question pricing. Because of this experience i am learning more about cars so that hopefully i do not run into more overcharges.

I asked to look at my vehicle because I had to work and I left my vehicle at home I let him in through the gate but I was able to leave work to verify what was wrong with it before he took it. He tried to charge me $2500 for a battery and an alternator I said to leave my keys And he did not refund me the $200 because he said that it would be taken off fixing it. After I took it to the dealership it was only the battery. I’m looking at the other reviews and he has scammed women and I will be reporting it to the BBB.

Sketchy. He wanted $200 just to come out. Gave him a card number over the phone then showed up and wanted cash. Gave us a quote of $1500 and wouldn't answer any questions. We ended up getting it fixed for $200. Stay away from this guy.

I contacted this place because my car would not start and previously had had a similar issue that was just a loose wire... I was told that I might need an alternator and everything thereafter and it could cost up to $4,000.. I decided to have the car towed to my usual shop.. and the tow truck driver had my car fixed in 5 minutes flat. It was a loose connection wire that was plainly visible with the hood up. I wasted $200 on this mobile mechanic!

Don't use this guy. I feel like he just preys on people in need and trys to take advantage and way over charge. He was very unprofessional. Also charges a non refundable $300 charge over the phone before he even comes out to check the vehicle. Use that $300 on a rental car and take you vehicle to a reputable mechanic shop.
