I have bought from Jegs several times and they've always been more than helpful to solve any problems. Recently bought some new bumpers and bumper bolts for my project. Up on putting the bumpers and bolts in, the material on the cap bolts did delaminate. Call Jegs, and they immediately refunded the full amount for the bumper bolts and did not request a return. I would definitely buy from this manufacturer based on superior customer service. Thank you Jeeeeegs!

Bought a roll around cart from here and the wheels fell off 2 months later.And they offer no replacement parts.So I now have to throw the hundred and thirty dollar cart into the garbage. Try to get something lowe's and the way they designed it.You can't get parts to fix this. And then I looked at all the reviews and realized it's a horrible company so just save your money and go somewhere else.

Would give 5 stars as excellent parts and help. Craig however is not the guy to talk to if you want good customer service. As a guy who's family has bought drag parts, etc from this store for 20 years, very disappointed with how he spoke to my wife today. Will not deal with him directly again.

I ordered a rear desk conversion kit for a 67 Mustang while on the phone with customer service. Now they wanna say that the kit was wrong and also I needed 15 inch wheels and tires for the back so I did that. Refusing to do any kind of refund or exchange that makes any kind of sense after a caliper is seized, The piston inside it will not go back in. Horrible, rude customer service who actually had the audacity to hang up on me end of our conversation this morning. Rude dismissive acts like you must be the issue when in reality they have people there that literally say on the phone and they don’t know anything about cars. I think I’m just going to dispute the charge with my bank.

Purchased radiator fans that are defective. Called Jegs and rep said send in a return/refund form, even though 30 days expired. He said it's no problem and they woud take care of me. I sent form in and never received a response. I've since then emailed customer service twice. It's been several months and still haven't heard a word! I'm very displeased with Jegs! I have defective fans, can't drive my car, and I'm out over $300!! Thought Jegs was a good company, but I was wrong!

The worst ordering experience I have ever had. Short story long my order was delayed roughly 5 times and took 4 months to arrive while 3 separate jegs employees periodically lied to me about the status of the order to keep me from canceling the order. I placed an order through jegs for a soft top for a jeep yj wrangler. Jegs' list price was about $50 more than competing sites but jegs said it would ship in a week and the other websites listed 2-3 weeks so I payed the extra money to get the top faster because my current top had fallen apart. I waited over a week and received no shipment notification. Then another week went by and around the time I was going to call jegs I got an email saying the product was delayed another 2 weeks. I had to cancel some plans that required the use of my jeep (which is my main daily driver and it's winter so I've been driving around every day in the cold with no top). I waited the 2 weeks and then receive another email claiming it would ship in 3 days. I'm annoyed but I've already placed my order with jegs and its only 3 more days. I waited the 3 days with no word so I call jegs. I speak with a woman who tells me she has checked on the status of the order and that they actually never had the tops but that she has made contact with the manufacturer and that they have a shipment of the top arriving the following day. I waited over a week once again and then get another email saying the shipment is delayed another 2 weeks. At this point i am flying out of state for a vacation so I dont want to mess with calling them. When I return about 2 weeks later there still has been no word. I call jegs once again and speak with a different person who tells me that they don't have the tops and that she doesn't even know why the last person told me they were on a truck scheduled for the next day because that was never true. This person I'm now speaking with tells me that the tops will arrive tomorrow. So I once again have a sales person tell that they will arrive the next day. A week goes by and I get yet another email that says the shipment is delayed another few weeks. I call once again and get someone who tells me they don't know why that last person or the first person I spoke with told me the tops were on the way as it wasnt true The person I'm now talking with tells me the tops will arrive in 2 weeks. I wait about another week and then receive an email that the tops are 3 months away from delivery. This puts a total time of 6 months from the time of my order to the estimated time of delivery. At this point I want to look into canceling my order but I call quadratec and they tell me they are now out of stock of the tops and they have the same delivery date as jegs and I may loose my place in line at jegs if I cancel the order and submit one at quadratec if there are many people waiting I may not get a top. I call jegs and explain what has happened with my order and that the reason i ordered through them even though they sell the same top for a higher price than other websites is so that i could get it quickly. I ask for a price reduction as compensation for the hassle. They offer me a $40 dollar gift card, i tell them i will never shop at jegs again after this experience and they say thats the best they can do, what an insult. So there's basically nothing I can do. I received my top finally after 4 months of waiting this time oddly enough earlier than the estimated ship date with no shipped or tracking email or communication from jegs. I have no idea what is going on at jegs but they seem to have no intracompany communication. Better than a total of 6 months but still unacceptable. 3 different people at jegs lied to me to keep me from canceling my order. I had to drive my topless jeep as a daily driver for 4 months in the winter, I had to cancel several plans in which my jeep was to be used as a means of transport affecting not only myself but others as well, I wasted time trying to call and figure out what was happening with the top on several occasions. Avoid this company at all costs.

Went to order a transmission .gave them year make,model ,motor size, even told them the transmission. C4. They gave me a price and said it was available..called back 30 minutes later to order to find out the transmission was not available. They just wanted to sell me another one that was not going to fit without major changes...ARE YOU KIDDING ME....there stupidity would of cost me 4k ......

Ordered an exhaust from their eBay store. After a week of no tracking number, I contacted them and they told me it won't ship until a month from that date. Well I patiently waited a month and when that date came, I asked again for a shipping status. They told me no shipping available yet, so I called customer service and they just told me they will ship the exhaust in 2 weeks. Horrible communication, horrible service, it's been 2 days after I requested a refund and still waiting. Will not be doing business with Jegs in the future.

Rude scammers. Placed an order, took my money and never sent product. Called multiple times and every rep was rude. Said they canceled order but no notice. Put order number in their site and status says pending. What happen to jegs? Still no product or my money back. Watch out for these scammers. Use summit not this trash

Finally got the parts installed on my truck. It's been 6 weeks and I still have a note out to their "Brand team" through the "Technical Team" and have never received contact back. I ended up having to buy another set of parts from a cheap Chinese company to fix the gap that the parts from JEG left me with.

Excellent customer service, asked if I needed help within 2 minutes entering the door. Mostly new what I needed but helped me make a critical adjustment to my order. Had all the knowledge I needed to accomplish my goals. Pulled items out of the box the confirm exactly what I was dealing with. Its been a while since I have driven out to this location but was well worth the drive. Forgot to get the gentleman's name but he was quick and efficient. Thanks again.

I told my self years ago I would never use jegs again after they held a part on back order for months that was actually in-stock at the vendor the whole time. Well im looking for some new drag wheels and decided to give them another shot. Well the customer service guy i just spoke with had horrible customer service from the moment he picked up the phone. He answered aggressive and was very short with me. You ended up not having a full set in the size I wanted for that price that were on sale.When I asked if he could accommodate the shorter width wheel for the same price of the ones on sale he just said "Nah" and hung up on me. Never again will I ever buy anything from you all. I have never had summit treat me like that ever.

I don’t often order from JEGS, but this time around I found the parts I needed at a reasonable price. However, they charged about $16 to ship these tiny parts in a huge box (see photo). This was obviously a way for them to simply get more money from the sale, as this size box was completely unnecessary for six tiny aluminum rings. After receiving these parts I reached out to their customer support about this and asked about a potential partial refund on the shipping cost. Their response was simply that this is their flat rate FedEx charge unless I spend more than $199. Very disappointed, I feel that a company as large as JEGS could do better when it comes to shipping costs. Won’t likely purchase from again.

My husband ordered a part for our 2008 Tahoe. After the mechanic took off all the old parts the new one wouldn't fit! Probably because it wasn't the correct part! They sent us the WRONG part, not what we ordered. So now here we sit with a vehicle we can't drive because the old part can't be put back on. We had to go spend $300 (of our electric bill money) at Autozone, the only local store in town with the part available, just so we have a car to drive, and now we have to worry about trying to get our money back for the wrong part that was sent to us, and we are just out the extra time and mechanic cost we had to pay, plus I'm sure they will charge a rediculous amount to ship this heavy part back. Rediculous. No one is going to repay us for the time we are out and the inconvenience of not having a vehicle for an entire day. What if we wouldn't have had the money to go buy a second part? Guess we would have been without our vehicle for weeks.

100% Quality Customer service. I had bought an AMD windshield from them seeing they didn’t have the expensive freight charge. Well it did show up with box in good shape but the windshield was busted on inside box. Also two weeks had gone by cause I was out of town when it was delivered. I contacted them and told them the situation. They were friendly and very pleased to help. Sent them some pics and they had another one drop shipped via freight straight from AMD within a day. So pleased with this! This is how you treat customers!

I will never and I mean NEVER order through this company again. I bought a pair of 17x7 front wheels from them and they gave me the wrong wheel not only once but twice. And as well with my tires I returned them because they were non DOT tires as I have a street car and the tires I sent back where in the same box which I told the customer service member that THREE times as they ignored it each time I said because I’ve seen that people are having problems with returns and guess what? I only got credited one tire. Not to mention that I sat on the phone with them multiple times waiting at least 2-3 hours per call for someone to pick up. As big of a company JEGS is they should be on top of there game. But I guess not so please do not waste your time with them like I did and just get everything you need either locally or through summit which seem to be the only place I can rely on anymore besides the actual brand or product your buying itself. Never had a problem with summit, forge star, Detroit axle or many other brands don’t understand how legs can’t keep up with the same level it’s absolutely ridiculous!!

Bought a ($1200) Centerforce clutch back in late November of 2025, and it came in on December 11th damaged...paint missing and scoured around the edges. Called customer service (which was great!) And received a return label. Took the clutch 30 minutes out of my way to FedEx and returned the clutch. The clutch was out of stock, with an estimated shipping date of December 24th. Then I received an email that it was now going to be shipped January 17th 2026. It came in today, January 20th, 2026 AND LOOKED LIKE THE SAME CLUTCH that I sent back. Now i've got to drive another 30minutes out of my way to FedEx to return this one. Truck is still torn apart and waiting for the clutch to be installed.....BEYOND frustrated and the LAST ORDER from Jegs. Buy your parts elsewhere, as quality control ain't about the quality! The 1st (4) pictures are from the 1st clutch and the last 3 are from the "replacement".........
