This place says they do alignments but all they do is set toe and call it alignment and charge more then everyone else for a full alignment when i talked to them on the phone they said they could do the alignment on my truck so now paid them to set toe only and now have to pay someone else to do the alignment

Stay as far as possible from these crooks. Charged me $139 to check the vehicle and $60 to grease the king pins Way over priced then the local competition , save your money and go else where I beg.

At the time,they were they only place that could fix my front broken spring on my semi truck. They were super friendly and did a awsome job and did it within 2 hrs. Very,very pleased and would go back,I was on a Columbus Anheiser Bush load,and this kept me from getting late for my next day delivery.

Was sent to them by another spring shop since that shop did not have a spring in stock. Was concerned I might have a marked up price since they knew they had what others did not, but not so. Very fair and very friendly. While employee at other shop was great, others not so and such may have to reconsider that shop for my spring needs and go to Smith.

Friendly and excellent customer service! I came here to fix bushing and alignment because a mobile mechanic told me the bushing is bad. But they told me the alignment is off by 1/4 inch. They did fix with no charge! One side of the rear bushing needs fix as well. They did fix! I would defenitely come here again!!!

I had them check and advise as to what was causing my steering to shake. I told them i was thinking it could be a king pin. They did not try and sell me on unnecessary service as others might. They did a quick inspection and told me straight forward that it was not my king pins that were the cause, but a bad tire. And they were right. I will be sure to return here and to recommend friends.

I just wanted to let anyone looking to get suspension work done, to swing by Smith Springs. As a multiple truck on you are at the mercy of these shops, and some even take you for a ride, but at Smith Springs. I brought my truck in for a recommended bushings job, and tech told me my bushings were fine. I let him know my drivers was still feeling shaking in the steering wheel, even after a king pin job. The tech check the work and found that locked that go on the king pins weren't there and that certain part were loose that should be. Basically a safety hazard for my drivers and the public. So they go above and beyond here. They definitely have my business going forward!!

I recently brought these guys some leaf springs off a pickup truck I am restoring. I know they usually work with heavy duty commercial trucks, but they said they would work on them. I was very happy with the work, price and how they treated me. It's hard to find an "old school spring shop" these days. I will be using these guys in the future for sure.

These people know what they are doing. They the best in town. What they do will in hours could be done in days with other shops. They and a hard time taking out one of my kingpins but didn't give it took the extra time than what it supposed to be but at the end they didn't charge me for the extra hours and keep apologizing for it. They will get you in do the job and get out in less time.

Fantastic experience. They got me in exactly at the appointment time. All of the techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. Had the kingpins replaced and all of my rear spring bushings and they banged out the job. They did the alignment on my truck and I can't remember the last time that my steering was as light and responsive. Two-Finger driving. Beautiful work! If I had had this done somewhere else, it's almost guaranteed that it would have taken three times as long and wouldn't have been done as well. Couldn't be more pleased with Tim and the crew. Wish I could have stuck around and taken these guys for a beer haha.
