Shout out to DeShawn for going above and beyond. I was from out of town trying to get home from a conference when my brake line disconnected. He was very helpful, kind and thoughtful. At the end of his shift I was still under the truck working on it and he handed me some lysol wipes and shop towels so I didnt have to go home grimy, getting my nice clothes dirty. A gesture of kindness I'll never forget, thank you!!

I usually always go to Auto Zone for parts if I need them, but this time they didn't have what I needed. In fact, it couldn't even be ordered according to the girl that I spoke with. I decided just to type the parts in the Google search bar instead and ended up finding what I needed at Advanced. I paid on line, they gave me several discounts for being a first time customer on the app. Parts that should have cost close to 100 ended up costing $30,99. I almost couldn't believe it. You better believe that I was super excited about that though.

Stood inside the store at the counter, the only customer! Ignored for 5 minutes, not even a look up & we'll be with you shortly. They weren't even on phone calls lol. Just tapping away at the computer. Walked out and drove across the street to autozone. That sucks because I use my speed, perks.

Most Employees of this store is amazing. I was there the other night and the short heavy guy was working hard with customers while the other guy was just standing around doing nothing but listening to music. There was other customers in the store that this dude could have been waiting on. If he doesn't want to do his job then he shouldn't be there.

The gentleman who replaced them for me had trouble with one of the front wipers as it was pretty rusted but he didn’t give up and he persevered. He did not get frustrated and we made jokes together. I was very pleased with my experience and will make this location my store!

Enter Rickie-Yesenia, who not only knew the universal blades would work but also installed them first to make sure. It's like they had a secret wiper blade whisperer on staff! The store is a lot better than AutoZone across the street. It's cleaner. The parking lot is easier to get into and out the parking lot's actually clean. There's no oil or parts in the lot. The staff is okay. I should say better than AutoZone and the store is clean
