I have utilized Keen Auto Bogy for over 20 years. Most recently I had a metallic black Porsche touched up and it looks fantastic. Over the years Keen’s have worked on my cars in a multitude of colors including hard to match red. They have always exceeded my expectations. A big thanks to Jay and the whole crew for their professional, high quality service. I recommend Keen’s Auto Body to anyone looking for expert auto body and paint repair.

Fantastic service. I came here to get my front bumper replaced and they were more than willing to help. High enthusiasm, great work ethic (got it fixed in less than 90 minutes) and at a price that was a fraction of what local body shops were charging. It was well worth the 30 minute drive to this shop!

I have been to many body shops and Keen's is the best one from them all so far. They painted my wife's care and fixed the bumper when other body shops said it was impossible to fix the bumper gap. The paint job look like it was brand new car from the factory. They charged me a fair price cheaper than other places in town. I am actually taking all my cars to Keen's if I need body work done. I recommend this shop. The staff is very friendly and treat you like a family.

The tech was pretty quick on giving me an estimate. I didn't get any work done. The price was reasonable for my rear driver side bumper that needed to be snapped back on. I will get it done there.

On Feb 9th called LINKS glass service with State Farm insurance to get glass sunroof that had shattered on my son's Kia Optima. LiNKS contacted Sunroof express to replace the glass and that job was given to Keens. They fixed the glass then I drove home. On Feb 15th it was unseasonably warm (70 degrees) and my son opened the sunroof but it would not close. Took it back to Keens where they did a temporary fix of getting it shut, told me that the frame was cracked, and that they would get it taken care of. They said that it must have been cracked when it was installed, bit then made no effort to contact Sunroof express or State Farm to make things right. Here we are now in June and they still had not fixed it after being contacted several times. My insurance agent finally today is getting the repairs done by a different shop. All one needs to do when they drive up and look at the car graveyard to the left of the shop. I have a feeling I am not the only one with issues with this shop.

I was referred here by my insurance and Sunroof Express after my sunroof shattered while driving. Paid my deductible, new sunroof was ordered and sent to Keen’s. I called Thursday September 7th to try and schedule the repair. I can’t remember the name of the woman who answered the phone but she was very rude and had a tone from the start. I tried to explain to her that I don’t have a flexible schedule due to working and being a full time graduate student, but she didn’t seem to care at all. She wanted me to drop my car off first thing in the morning and said usually the car stays in the shop all day and people get it at the end of the day, I told her that wasn’t possible for me because that’s my only transportation, I don’t have a rental. I tried to reiterate to her that it’s just a single panel sunroof (which multiple websites say take only 60-90 minutes to repair) and not a panoramic and she rudely said “I know that, we do them every day”. Even though their hours online say that they’re open until 5PM, apparently the person who fixes sunroofs leaves at 4PM. When I asked her if there were any other shops I could go to, she rudely said “I have no idea”, and when I told her their hours won’t work for me, she said “Okay, bye” and hung up on me. Now it’s a few days later and availability has actually opened up in my schedule for next week, but I refuse to take my car here after she was so rude. I’ll be taking my car to Ricart where they’re always really helpful and kind.

I have working with Dave Keen and he was really helpful! He listen to me carefully and go over all my crazy many questions. I just dropped my car (91 MR2.) and can't wait to see how it will be nice and clean when it's done!! I was little worried that my car is 25 years now and may have difficult to fix it, yet with Keen's Body Shop, I found no problem at all. :) All the employees and Dave were very friendly and reliable. The day I dropped my car at the shop, Dave even gave me a ride to work. Dave also offers very reasonable price and took care all the small details as well. Thanks again. Definitely, number one body shop to recommend in Columbus region!!! Hwan Bang. I can definitely share another review with pictures, when fixing is done!! :) Stay updated!!

The guys were great. Very understanding and patient. I had to call about the status twice (were parts in, is my car ready), but I did not have a rental to fall back on, so I was very impatient. They stayed true to their estimate, finished the work timely, and were happy to answer my 329058 questions. I told them it was great, but I hoped not to see them again, (as I'd rather my car was in one piece) and they said "we always have coffee if you want to stop by." Super nice.

The reviews don't lie. This place does great work, and they have great service. Getting an estimate was painless. I spoke to Dave on the phone, and he said that I could stop by at any time during business hours to have one done. Dave examined my car, identified the work that needed to be done, and within 15 minutes, I had a detailed estimate and a very competitive price. I got my car the day it was promised to be done, and the cost was identical to the estimate. Give Keen's a shot at earning your business if you need some work done. Also, because Dave is so funny, I wish I could give this place 6 stars instead of 5.

I got rear ended and took my car to Keens. They had it fixed in two days and my car looks like its brand new. The staff does high quality work and handled the insurance claim aspect of the repair very smoothly. The best part of keens was their customer service. All of the employees were very friendly and made me feel comfortable while I was there. I'd highly recommend taking your car to keens for any auto body needs you might have.

I took my car to Keen's after my first car accident and couldn't be happier. They worked very well with my insurance company and the estimate seemed reasonable, even though the damage to my car was quite extensive. When they couldn't get an error code resolved on my car, they took it to the dealership and got it handled. They also work with Enterprise which made dropping off my car very easy. My car looks better than before my accident! You couldn't ask for nicer people to be helping you. It's a family run business that offers great work from even better people. By far Keen's was the easiest to work with out of the entire ordeal and I would genuinely recommend them to anyone looking for work done to their car!

My BMW X-3 had some minor damage on the front bumper where I had scraped a garage door opening on the house. Keen's did a great job repairing and painting the damaged area. They were able to finish the job in a few days which helped me from having to get a rental vehicle since this was not an insurance claim They are highly recommended.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop. They use cheap materials and do poor quality work. Had to have my vehicle repainted twice and I still had to take Dave Keen to court to make things right. My paint job had runs and defects in the clear coat from contamination. My vehicle's clear coat is extremely soft and probably the cheapest stuff they can buy. You can scratch the clear by just touching it with a clean finger. Don't take your vehicles here.

I went to Keen's after trying to fix some pretty decent scuff marks myself. After the body putty and primer, it turns out it's really difficult to get spray paint to blend with an aerosol can (see below). Keen's didn't just paint over my job, but actually took the time to remove the scratches and smooth out any remaining surface imperfections. These guys really know how to blend in a paint job so the car looks factory painted. They did the job for a fraction of the cost that the dealer was going to, and I'm convinced it's dealer-level quality or better. I got a quote on Saturday and the job was done on Tuesday. It's hard to find quality honest paint shops like this anymore. I would recommend Keen's Auto Body to anyone and everyone!

Julie coordinates the office. She initiated calls to me, she was always there to take my calls, and she always knew the status of my car. This is a family run business and they care about what they are doing. The Keen brothers are hands on. The brothers are approachable and their rapport made me feel confident - even when I sought follow up with a repair issue. The collision damage to my car was major, and included twisted suspension. Great auto shop!

Horrible experience start to finish. Terrible workmanship, zero organization, lied about the completion date for 3 straight months. They have zero communication unless you call or show up. I could care less to wait but it sat there for 4 months till I drove by and seen it was still outside with the hood open. They charged my insurance company $10,000 dollars and the paint work is completely amateur at best. over spray everywhere, fender that was payed to have fix was given back to me with damage on multiple spot. Head light and hood still have damage. Car came to them with a brand new battery, I get there and they had to jump start it. Took it to be tested and it’s destroyed. You can see the damage all over the battery and fuse box where they have been jumping it for month. Just got to the point of where I had to get my car and go.
