Great customer service and quick scheduling! Also the cheapest around! I called on a wednesday morning and they got me in wednesday afternoon. The windshield ordered had a scratch which they were transparent about and let me come back the next morning for a fresh one. Took about an hour for install. They replaced/reinstalled my mic wire and my camera wire also! Would come back in a heartbeat!

We were in a pinch! We came to town to do some shopping around Christmas. The hotel we were staying in had a string of break-ins. Needless to say many people were trying to get same day appointments for window repairs. We requested a quote from this facility. Not only did the call back within 30 minutes, they had the part on hand and got us in the same day! It really saved our trip. Also they kept us out of the cold and saved our ears from the noise of the wind! Many other shops had 3 to 4 day waits. In the winter it is difficult to wait that long. Great experience. Highly recommended! As a side note we ate lunch while waitinf for our appointment. In general conversation our waiter at the restaurant recommended this place without even knowing where we were going. So seems to be a well respected establishment.
