When I dropped my vehicle, and I was not given a time, price, etc. Hardly spoke to me when dropping off. Never contacted me through the process. My car rental company called me to let me know they were told my rental was ending in 2 days. I called again and was told they think it will be ready. I finally got a call to pick up the car. Work was good, car washed, but it looked like soap was still on the back of the car, inside was clean. Just terrible customer service and no communication. We took our Jeep into shop after accident that I drove away from in September. Here it is December and I’m still getting excuse after excuse about this Jeep is not ready. Do they realize Jeeps are made in less time than this? Do they care about customer without a vehicle? Are they using Jeep for personal fun? I only can testify on timing as I have not seen Jeep since September. They never text or call me I have to call them and I try at least once a week. did not meet estimated deadline even though on friday I was called to say that 10 minutes beforew closing that the car was ready to pick up. Mysteriously on Tuesday afte a 3 day weekend the car was not readyuntil 4 pm after needing to be washed and test driven. Not very honest.
