I chose this shop after hearing good things from people I know, but my experience was frustrating. I dropped my car off on a Friday and was told I’d get an update by Tuesday. No one called, so I followed up Wednesday and was told my car was almost done and would be ready Thursday morning. Only to find out when I called Thursday morning that they mixed my vehicle up with another one. From there, I kept getting new promises that it would be ready “tomorrow,” but each time something else delayed it. After nearly two weeks and several missed updates, I finally got my car back. The repairs were fine, but the communication and delays were very disappointing.

Nicole and Desiree were so helpful - great customer service. Nicole explained the process of repairs and communicated with we almost daily on the status of the repairs. The damage was fairly large but they completed the job ahead of schedule. Desiree helped me with all of my questions and even got me a ride home and back when the car was completed. Being brand new to Waco, that was a huge help. The car looks great!

I was given a quote to repair our 2016 Ford F150 at this location. We agreed on the services & then we dropped our truck off a week later for them to do the repairs. A few hours after dropping it off, they called us and said the estimate had gone up $1700. $1700!??? THAT IS A HUGE INCREASE how can you be way off on an estimate like that?!! Spoke with Justin, the manager, who has the personality of a doorknob, would not work with us AT ALL I asked can you meet us in the middle we'll even pay half of the increase in the estimate. He said no over and over again. Was not willing to help or budge at all. I told him we will not be using them again, & I said we should have gone elsewhere when the quote increased $1700!!! He agreed. (what a great way to make us feel appreciated ano welcomed as customers) We wanted to use them, but they sure were not fighting to keep us. But needed the truck repaired. Do not take your vehicle here, quotes and estimates ARE WAY OFF. Caliber Collision has a manager that will not even go out of his way to keep a customer, nor work out a positive solution. Justin, you lost a customer that day. Be careful, word of mouth travels fast.

Terrible experience, got texted that my car was DONE 3 different times, I went up there to find my car in the back covered in bird poop with no radiator or front end (that’s what was damaged) then I find that my right side tail light was completely taken out, then no one knew where my part was. Took 5 months for my car to get done. When it was “done” they proceeded to tell me that “your ac doesn’t work but your heat does.” Then were telling me to take the car, so I refused. Then got texted it was “done again” and my challenger had no fog lights put in just plastic covers. On top of that the person that was working on my car quit and I was never notified that someone else took over the project or anything. There MOTTO is “restoring the rhythm to your life” to be quite frank with yall they made my life a living HELL, and did the total OPPOSITE!! AVOID!!!!
