We’ve had an AC issue in our car that our usual “go-to” mechanic couldn’t fix after two visits and $$ later… We called Discount Automotive after a recommendation. We dropped off the car and received a call an hour or so later and the gentleman identified our exact issue and fix that was needed and it was repaired the same day, as promised. I’ve taken a couple of my vehicle here. Someone suggested this place after other places I used did not seem to fix my problems correctly and were pretty expensive. Discount Auto was extremely professional and fixed my problems the right way. I even thought I needed to replace something else in my car and after he inspected it, it turned out I did not need that at all and it was something completely different that costed a couple hundred less. Most honest auto shop I’ve ever done business with! There are a lot of dishonest auto repair shops. I’m actually about to take my sons car up there now to get looked at and figured I would leave review. The heat in my car went out after this last freeze. Called them up Friday to schedule an appointment. They had me come in first thing Monday. Turns out my water pump needed to be replaced. They ordered the part and told me my car would be ready the next day. Lo and behold, I got a call at 4pm saying my car was ready. This place is off of the beaten path. Thought I’d add a better photo since it was hard to find. This place is run by a sweet older couple and they seem to run a very honest business. Just walk in to this door I posted —it’s a little confusing since google maps will route you to the wrong place and the zoning.
