The God-Sisters
We were involved in a hit and run. Another vehicle ran and stop sign and caused $8,000+ of damages to our car. State Farm worked with Caliber Collision. They got us in that day (late on Friday) and we got our estimate and insurance approved the next day. They worked as fast/hard as they could having to replace an entire side and much work under the vehicle as well, plus painting. Even with Christmas, they still got it done by their estimated time. They updated us several times during the process. They were excellent and friendly and our car looks and runs great.★★★★★ a month ago

Staff was great in customer service area however the delivered end product was lacking. Had fender replaced but hood support parts were not transferred to new fender and thrown away instead. Part of repair was a trim piece but had to purchase entire door handle to acquire it. Remaining parts of handle thrown away instead of giving to me for future. This system of survey has a flaw as it has time limits. I am now waiting to get my hood support arm reinstalled and don’t know if it will happen.
