The Technician ("Mark") who supervised the work on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 Eco Diesel took the time to meet me when I came back to pick it up later in the day after having a 100,000 mile service and some additional "heavy use" maintenance performed on my vehicle. An awful experience. Customer service was horrible after having our car there for almost 4 weeks we had to have it towed across the street and it was fixed properly in a week. We would never get any updates on our Jeep Grand Cherokee and would have to call after several days of waiting to find out if anything had changed with the status of the repair.
