I rated an 8 out of 10 due to the technician rolling down my driver window to fix my struts, even though I had taped the button so it would not be rolled down. My window doesn't go back up due to an issue inside the door, so I never roll it down. The assistant manager fixed my window at no charge and rolled it back up. However In removing the door panel to fix the window, my expensive sunglasses disappeared that were in the cubby of the door.

Lewis did great from the second I walked in the door. They took my car bk in a timely manner even with several other appointments booked. They did great with time management! They were able to diagnose and get parts the same day and start on it. They even showed me what the problem was. They were done with the repair at the time they said they would be. They communicated well with keeping me up to date on the status. When I came bk to pick up, Lewis even showed me the bad alternator. Very thorough. This right here is why I come here if I need work done on my vehicles. :)

Recently, I took a car into Firestone Complete Auto Care on Westnedge Ave in Kalamazoo. The staff at Firestone were friendly, got the car in on time, were thorough, and completed the inspection in under an hour. Service for my daughter's car was not complete car is still experiencing problems. Not happy with the service at all...had to call multiple times to check the status of the car. Don't believe they drove the car to actually know what was going on with it cause it's still doing the same thing...paid several hundreds of dollars and the car is still the same as it was before we dropped it off.

Traveling with my family along 94 when we experts craziest blowout I’ve ever had in my life! The inner sidewall separated from the rest of the tire! Luckily, I had the car towed here where Lewis went above and beyond, on a SUNDAY, to try and get us back in the road. It was no easy task because the wheel, and a rare wheel at that, got cracked in the process. We rented a car and went on our way, but not before Lewis agreed to take care of my car while we were on the road all week and let me figure out how to get a wheel. The good news is that he was able to source the correct wheel for the car and could have it delivered within 24 hours! My insurance company is working with Lewis to make this happen all while I’m hundreds of miles away at the moment. If all goes well, I should be able to pick it up on Saturday on my way back through town. To summarize, all of this is above and beyond what I expect. Especially ensuing that my car stays safe and sound, locating a wheel, and trying like heck to get us back on the road. We need more people like Lewis in this world and I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

As the stress fades away I have no one to thank but Lewis and the crew at Firestone. 5 star. On my way to a 15th anniversary concert in Chicago can we get a screw in our tire but can't find any gas station that sells tire plug kits. So we were lucky to find this Firestone right before they were closing, Lewis was quick fast and able to plan our tire for a 20.00 unfortunately for us it was in the sidewall and could not be repaired. From here things got really stressful but somehow with what funds we had to work and Lewis help we were able to get a tire installed . I just don't know what to say but there are still amazing people in this world the few extra minutes he gave as they were closing meant everything. Truly grateful
