I made an appointment here to get my engine tuned up. When I showed up they told me they “had no technicians available.” They could have at least called or emailed me to cancel the appointment, but no. Thanks for wasting my time!

Manager Mike and Assistant Manager Neal were extremely helpful in getting me taken care of even though I had initially given them the incorrect information on the vehicle. They adapted and overcame that obstacle to make sure I was able to leave in a vehicle that was safe on the open road. On top of that, the technician noticed a bolt missing in my bell housing and took the time to replace it free of charge. This is the kind of team I would want working in my shop, if I had one. Their initiative and passion for taking care of customers is second to none in all my years of interacting with various repair facilities. The get all deserve raises and I will return for future work.
