We brought our first Subaru (Forester wilderness) with Maple Hill group . Aaron Black who helped us , was instrumental and honest in terms of taking the order , constantly updating /keeping us posted on the vehicle arrival. My son recently purchased his first car, and I have to say, Maple Hill Auto Group truly lives up to their tagline, "A journey like no other." From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. We worked with Kelsey and Victor in the used car department, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Kelsey was incredible—she helped my son find a used car that perfectly matched both his budget and his personal style. Even though it wasn’t a manufacturer they typically carry, she took the time to research every feature of the vehicle so that she could thoroughly explain how everything worked. Her knowledge, patience, and friendly attitude made the process enjoyable, and her follow-up was top-notch. I had my car towed in to have the new key I purchased programmed to my car. My experience was fantastic. My key came in on time thanks to the efficiency of the parts department. The service was exceptional starting with Hannah who checked us in with a smile and told us where the snack were, to our service tech Ives who went above and beyond to help us out and get us on the road, and lastly Sam who checked us out and made sure we were happy. Great job service team, you earned those 5 stars by putting customers first! I will be back with my service needs in the future.

This is getting a one star for the service department. The sales side was wonderful. Our new Genesis GV80 with 28k mi has been in the shop and inoperable for the past 2 weeks and they aren’t able to find anything wrong with it. It’s clearly something electrical and possibly faulty sensors. Was told to clean the sensors. So now sending it to new Hudson to get work done. Update: after being at new Hudson for another 4 weeks, come to find out it was probably the ground wire. BBB complaint filed and Genesis manufacturer hasn’t been much help at all. Was denied a loaner vehicle for the entire time. The buying portion of the vehicle was great however the service of Genesis dealer has been a nightmare. I WILL be getting rid of the GV80 and turning to the Grand Wagoneer. Have bought 8 vehicles from dodge and have had great service. Very disappointing especially after spending $74,000 on the GV80 and get 3k service.

Terrible experience and would not recommend this dealership. Purchased a new Hyundai SUV here using a Hyundai Circle Plan. They did not follow the Hyundai Corporation Dealership Instructions Official Program Rules: Hyundai Circle Plan O-Plan. The Hyundai certificate and additional paperwork from Hyundai outlined the same instructions for dealership on process of drawing up the purchase agreement. The dealership refused to follow any of it overcharging me the consumer. They fail to acknowledge or correct it even with providing all the documentation supporting their incorrect. I have even clarified with Hyundai and multiple other Hyundai dealerships in the surrounding local areas in Michigan and they all say the same thing. That same thing is that the O-Plan price must equal the starting price of the vehicle on the purchase agreement. Maple Hill Auto Group did not do this. They reported the price without the O-Plan. They also tried to high pressure sale me extra warranties and wouldn’t take no or please stop. Then asked me come back another day to do a demo and go over the features of my new vehicle. All because they spent so much time trying to high pressure up sell me extras and I refused after over hour of that. They wanted to go home but I kept telling them from the beginning I wasn’t interested in any extended warranty. I even politely asked if they would please stop and they still wouldn’t stop. I even said I had to go over the vehicle and the gentleman said and no worries the salesman won’t leave he has to give you your keys. Then when I got to him he was ready to go home as mentioned earlier. Here I wasn’t familiar with the vehicle features at all and had quite the distance to travel. Then they messed up at the end of completed transaction forgot to get something from me on the Hyundai certificate. I could have walked away and gave them the same service they provide me but that’s not my nature. Two wrongs don’t make a right. I spent my extra time making sure they got what they needed and got the certificate corrected so that they could get credit for the transaction from the Corporation. Yet, the same respect is not given in return. Buy a brand new vehicle and this is the service you get! Don’t recommend them! Drive the distance and go to another dealership.

Exceptional Service with Genuine Care I recently had my car serviced at Maple Hill Auto Group, and I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. The staff was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make things easier for me. I wasn’t feeling my best due to an ear infection (nothing contagious), and they truly showed care and consideration during my visit. What really stood out was that they loaned me a car while mine was being serviced so I could run to urgent care. This thoughtful gesture made a stressful situation so much more manageable. My service advisor—whose name I can’t recall—was especially helpful and kind throughout the process, making sure I had everything I needed and keeping me informed. Took car in for warranty replacement of the front badge which had paint peeling. Left with new scratches and swirls in the working area near the badge. Disappointed in the quality of service, car was returned in worse condition than it was dropped off in. I've never had issues with any general service with MapleHill, I would suggest looking elsewhere for anything cosmetic. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and honest.

I stopped in to Maple Hill Auto group about a month ago as I had been looking for a new vehicle that fit me and my needs for quite a while as I was in the lot I was met by Grant who was absolutely amazing! Not pushy, very kind and knowledgeable and help make this car buying experience the best I've ever had. Anybody that sees this I highly recommend seeking out Grant when you get there. I'm sure there are other great salesman there but I don't see how anybody could do better than this guy did. Absolutely loving my first Volkswagen so far.... hopefully if any warranty concerns come up there are no issues as the reviews have stated there are there.
