Bob was really friendly and was nice enough to "squeeze" my car in the next day. He got it done by 330 which was earlier than promised. Also, he informed me of 2 repairs my car needed that Firestone on W. Main did not tell me about, both of which, were directly in their face (ripped CV boot & cracked brake hoses). Thank you Bob!
