The counter girl was pretty but stuck up. An armed security guard seemed like too dramatic considering there is a cop shop across the street. No thrifty bargains

trying to call and talk with someone on after market parts for 1960 car i restore and work on them chassis parts -intakes -carbs there IS NOT one person that i can call for energy suspension parts like frame bushings-link pins-just seems that no one at that store will go above and beyond ive been told to go to napa / auto value / auto zone i just thought some one would like to hear about this.I run a auto repair shop.Any thing that is warranty is a Total Pain In My ASS to get them to take care of i have had only had a couple things.Can call napa - auto value no problems for warranty i have told advanced that warranty items i do not charge the customer labor why would i just change parts to give my labor for free i am not a a parts changer i have been a technician for 25 years and i managed jc auto parts for 9 years before i started my own shop Thank You Very Much Bob Jordan

Very Helpful, tested Alternator & found it to be bad. We're back now with another one, to see if it's bad before replacing it & also Engine! YES, to exchange it out Engine needs to come out. ASK when purchasing a car, where Battery is located, starter & "if" you Even have a Dip Stick for oil & Transmission LADIES, DON'T Buy it cause it's cute, ASK, BE AWARE Of the costs of REPLACEMENT. Do your do delagents!! Cute will cost you!!

Purchased a part over the phone that needed to be ordered. I called 3 different times over the course of 5 days and verified each time that someone would call me when my part came in. No one called. When I asked why I wasn't called they acted like I was lying about asking them to call me, and responded that if I had asked them to call me it would have been written on the receipt. Are you kidding me?!! If someones order comes in it isn't your store policy to call that person?!! -Forget this place, Pep-Boys on Westnedge may be farther away, but at least you can plan your day off because they will let you know when your part is in.

I have been a customer for years and never had a problem til now. I returned a part and it never showed up on my card. Even worse when i called and spoke to "Antinio" the manager of the one i went to. Said to bring recipt and he'd would refund my money. Told him i was on my way and when i got there 10 mins later he had already left for lunch!! Knowing i was on my way.!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything started off ok, but the guy behind the counter kept messing everything up. getting the wrong items another person i can assume was the manager kept working with him to get the right parts for us.. I commented that it was nice that he was working on helping the new guy and he stated that he wasn't new and always messed up peoples orders. I'm not confident coming back in to just possably get the wrong part.
