Great service in a timely manner. Dan is a great guy, honest and up front with everything he does. I was rear ended October 11th and he was able to get me in on the 28th and even though we had other issues that he had to source out due to electrical he still was able to get things done in a 2 week turn around. He was given a bad diagnostics from this outside company so he discounted the diagnostic price. A day after I got my car back and drove it to work ended up with a major gas leak. Dan took care of everything including filling up my tank for me at no extra costs. Any future body work will be done here.

Dan, owner of Straight Line, really helped me out when I needed it. He volunteered to jerry-rig my bumper until he could get me in for a replacement. Didn't even charge me for the few minutes and few screws he needed to keep my bumper off the road until he could get me in. Good guy, and good business. If you want someone that actually cares about your vehicle and is better at pricing look no further than here… out of the two collision shops I went to here was the only place they got down and looked at the bottom to determine how bad it was everyone else just assumed frame was horrible and others just priced it without looking at it was missing some hardware and they went and got those missing pieces and only 2 days in the shop I thank you straight line auto body for fixing my truck

I hit a deer back in November and my mechanic shop recommended Straight Line Auto Body. Dan got me right in to look at the damage and was very prompt to work with my insurance company to give a quote for repairs. Very friendly and straight forward with everything! I am beyond thrilled with the results and work that was done. Everything looks so great and CLEAN. He even went above and beyond to change the bulbs in my fog lights and have a light on my dash diagnosed as well. Seriously cannot thank this business enough! Thank you Dan! (:

This is the best place to go if you’re looking for somebody that’s honest and affordable and will take care of you before and after the repair! Can’t thank them enough for helping me with a salvage vehicle that shouldn’t have been salvaged but it was because of the age of 2010 Toyota Sienna. They did a fantastic job kept me informed all along the way of the entire process from start to finish. I even filled out the required paperwork for my retitling of the vehicle to become a salvage title. Highly recommended!!

This place is one of Kalamazoo's unknown (to me!) gems. Recommended by our guys at Master Mechanics (thanks, Jammin!), Straight Line Auto Body is the real deal. We had called first to ascertain availability, and were told we could swing by this afternoon for a look and quote. When we got there, Dan came right out and started working on it! What we thought was a potentially major problem was easily and inexpensively handled...QUICKLY! Dan is knowledgeable (has worked in this field since he was a teenager!), personable, and fast. I had no idea an auto body place could be like this. Highly recommended!
