I was automatically quoted the highest price option. I was given a price of $17.99 for the windshield wipers I purchased. I WAS NOT TOLD they were $17.99 each. I don't like being taken advantage of. I've used Uncle Ed's for many years now but will not likely visit this location again.

I've been going to this same Uncle Ed's since I moved to Michigan about 7 years ago, and every time it was quick and easy, mostly due to the same bearded fellow taking care of business. I don't know his name but he's been there every time I go and he's been nothing short of friendly, efficient, and helpful to the point of bird-dogging parts from another store when time became an issue. Just want to shoot him some appreciation after close to a decade of service.

Calvin was so helpful and patient. I don’t know a lot about cars or the services that cars require, this makes me hesitant to go into any shop. Calvin and the other worker on 12/20/25 were so kind and completely changed my perspective on car repair shops. i often feel patronized or condescended to when i go in for services and i felt none of that from these two gentlemen. highly highly recommend this company, but more specifically this location!!
