Appreciate them able to get my bumper replacement in quickly, but slightly dismissive/rude customer service. Also not extensive quality control, as fog light was not placed correctly requiring my car to spend extra time in the shop.

This place has had my husbands car for a month now. They initially said it would take a week. He was getting some dints from the storm removed. They told us they were painting it last week and we could pick it up this week. We call today and tone they are saying it’s still not done. It’s one thing to be backed up but to keep lying about when the car will be ready is ready. Honesty is what makes people wanna come back and that is lacking throughout our experience.
