They did a fantastic job detailing the interior of my Jeep! I have a white dog and black interior....enough said.....you could never tell I have a white dog once I picked it up. I have not seen it this clean since first purchasing my car. Great and friendly service!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Went in today for a test drive. Was told before I got there the truck was in excellent shape. Was not told the driver seat was shredded as if somebody took a knife to it and a six-year-old sewed it back up with white thread. Four-wheel drive didn't work power mirrors did not work brakes were extremely soft almost couldn't stop at a stop sign. When I brought the issues up to the mechanic and what I assumed is the owner I was basically called a liar. Was told no no no had the keys taken out of my hand and both of them walked away leaving me standing in their office. Will never do business or bring business there again. What a disgrace!

I called them because I needed what I thought a new power steering pump. It turned out to be much worse than what I thought. John and his crew took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my car, explain in detail what needed to be done. They came in on their day off to finish repairs on my car. They are amazing good honest people. I will continue to use them. Thank you John and crew!!!

Duane did a wonderful job on my truck and cars with professional care with some extras like shining the tires. Nothing too complex nor too small job for him- he does it all. He is expensive but is worth it.

He ripped me off over $500 and is family he also put the wrong part on. I was having my bumper repaired and he felt he was competent enough to do the work and when asking for my money back he tells me he's not a body shop! There's a lot of stuff left out in the middle but I paid him upfront for the labor and some parts

They also offer detailing! Get your vehicle fixed and cleaned all in on shot... can't beat it. Update: October 2022 Duane Wine at Alamo Auto Repair & Detail is still running one of the best auto repair service centers around. This is a great and honest place to get your car repaired or detailed. He and Elena both do all they can for their customers. Elena does most of the detailing while Duane does the repairs. Elena Jasper also sells quality & affordable pre-owned vehicles as a dealer through her business Golden Wheel Auto. Check these two out for any of your automotive needs. I'm sure you'll find they are great to work with. Check out this great place!

I am from out of town. Suddenly had an issue with my car. Despite being busy, he squeezed me in to diagnose the issue. He was through with his work & found the issue & explained it to me before moving forward. I walked, well drove lol, out of there with the confidence I will be able to drive home safely. So grateful for his help when I know he could have told me his schedule was too full. Plus the effects of an ice storm just 2 days beforehand. Thank you so very much Duane! I wish you were closer as you'd be my mechanic! I can't say thank you enough!!

Highly recommend! I took my very dirty traverse here and they did amazing work. My kids & dog had the inside trashed with stains, mud, etc. and it turned out looking fantastic. They definitely take pride in their work! The owners wife did a great job!

My son was visiting me from Indiana and his car ran into trouble. We thought it was a timing belt. We took it into Duane. He told us to slow down. He did a diagnostic on the vehicle and discovered that it wasn't the timing belt. It was the camshaft sensor. He got all the parts for the car and it's running smoothly now. was a good diagnosed the problem. Got the parts replaced everything and now it's running like new.
