Back in or around the month of May, I got notified that there was an open recall on my Lincoln MKC. It was deemed a safety issue, as through a series of events concerning my car’s battery, an undercarriage fire could start, causing damage to the vehicle and surrounding structures. I was cautioned to park outside until the matter was handled. I contacted HZ Lincoln Kalamazoo as from their website, they are listed as a Lincoln dealer and are within minutes from my house. I was scheduled for service back in September, but then was called a day prior from the dealer’s service department, stating that all the components to complete the job were not available and I would be contacted when my vehicle should be brought in. I have yet to hear anything back from HZ Lincoln. Despite my attempts reaching out to them through a series of voicemails and verbal messages just requesting a call back with an update. I feel like my and my family’s safety is being treated negligently. This wanton disregard for our lives is very disappointing from such a long standing pillar in the community.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago

I bought a jeep grand Cherokee from this place as is with 122,000 miles at 125,000 miles. The transmission went out when I took it to a shop they told me that it looked like it had been grinding and shaving metal for quite some time now, but when I bought the car, they told me they flushed and changed the transmission fluid. So they lied about that. told me they would not help me in anyway I did not expect them to cover it all, but expected them to help with some of the labor cost or parts. when I called, they told me it was past 90 days since I bought the car and it’s my fault and it’s on me. Very snotty and rude to me on the phone when I called up there for the 3rd time. Come to find out my family has had issues with this place in the past. Definitely don’t recommend my whole workplace with over 5000 employees also know not to come here now. They quoted me $3200 to replace the transmission when I was supplying a different transmissions. Took it to a different dealership and they’re only charging $2100. Might be a different story with new cars but definitely don’t recommend buying used from them they lie about what work has been done to the car.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago

This is an awesome place to purchase a vehicle. They have new, used, and certified used vehicles. There sales staff is not pushy and they definitely focus on meeting customer needs/ desires. I purchased a used 2019 Ford Fusion and the whole experience was super easy. My sales person, Brandon, was very flexible and knowledgeable. I tried 4 different vehicles before finding the one that met my needs and Brandon was helpful, patient, and courteous the entire time.
