I brought my Lincoln in to get the splash guard fixed that had been hanging for a while. After recent heavy snow fall it made it worst. Keith, got me in to quickly remove the old guard. Then, ordered me a new one. Within a couple days it was in. Today the guys put the new one on and charged me less than what he had originally. I don’t think I would’ve come out this good at the dealership. Great service. And I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Only did I save money but I save time as well.

I want to give a shout out to A-1! We had a bumper mishap last night, and I called them this morning to find out if they could do an estimate. They had me come in right away, got down and looked at it and said 'oh, this is an easy fix' and fixed it right there on the spot! What a great experience after an extraordinarily stressful morning. I rear ended a car Thursday, got a estimate the same day, decided this place was the best deal and got my car back by Tuesday ( brought it in Monday ). The workers are pleasant and the man doing the estimate was very helpful and let me know any part of the estimate I deemed unnecessary he would take off. What would have been upwards of $4,000 in repairs, I got done at 1,600. I am more than impressed with the work done by A-1. When I first saw my car I literally gasped. She’s a 2012 civic and so she’s getting old, but she looked brand new when they were finished. I am so happy.

I had my toyota yaris front end redone here and I have nothing but good things to say. They did a great job and looks the same — if not better than before my accident. I went somewhere else for a quote at first and then compared that place with a-1 body’s and it was significantly cheaper. I did make the appointment about 4 months out, but understandably so because they are well worth the wait! This family owned business is honest and diligent. After getting my car back I realized that my passenger door was stuck in the lock position. Because of my work hours I wasn't able to come in right away but i was able to go back about a week and a half later. I just dropped by in the morning and with no questions asked by the mechanic, they fixed my side door for no fee. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to get body work on their car fixed. Thank you guys so much!!

This place is great for any auto body work!!! The owner is a fantastic guy. I grew up in the St. Joseph-Stevensville, Michigan area and grew up with my parents taking their vehicles for body work to one place. When I became an adult, I also took my vehicles and then my wife and my vehicles to it. Now that I live in Portage and found A-1 Auto Body, I give it the best review, and in fact, if I could give it a 10 Star Rating, I would!!!!!!

I paid $3700 to have my Subaru Sti repaired at A1 Auto Body, at pick up I found that my car was not finished, the body has holes in it, the trunk is leaking paint is chipping off and the body is still crumpled. Speaking with the shop they said for another $500 they will fix it right, no the job should have been correct the first time. I called on 10-16-2020 spoke with the Owner ROSALIE, who rudely told me to take her to court and hung up on me. Stay away from this shop, your car will not be completed correctly. I will post pics below for proof.

Got in a fender bender when a lady decided she was going to turn into my car in the middle of the lane at an intersection. Took it to A1 autobody and not only did they take forever to give me back my car the work they did does not reflect The price it cost to get it fixed. There are rocks underneath the clearcoat from where they painted. There are rocks and other contamination inside of my paint as well. On top of this, they broke the cover to my door handle when they removed the panels. God knows what else is broken. They completely forgot to paint the doors properly and now you can see all the way to the primer they used. They also did not paint the door jams correctly either because there are spots where there are still paint missing.

Jeff and the crew at A1 auto body repaired my 08 Toyota tundra after a fender bender and repair of a rusting quarter panel. I was ecstatic to find my truck shining like new front to back. I found they touched up some glaring scratches that I never mentioned That was the icing on the cake for me. I never pressured them to get it done quickly since I had another car to share with my wife. I think it gave them the time they needed to produce excellent results. 5 stars in my book.
