Found this place with the help of friends after my favorite shop closed down on West Main. He’s always had fair pricing and pretty quick turn around. I did get a chance to ask him a few things about a new car I was looking to purchase and he gave me extremely accurate information. Overall, this shop is great and I recommend them.

A small issue that feels like a much bigger issue. When I brought my truck into this place I was happy with the service. Their prices were average but seemed like a good group of people working there. I told them to take their time because I wasn't in a rush to get it back. A few times they dropped the ball on communication but I chalked it up to me saying to not rush. 800 bucks spent on those repairs. Now the issue. I brought my car in to have the AC diagnosed. I communicated that I'm not sure I wanted it fixed and just wanted to know what the issue was. I had a missed call. No message no email no notice what so ever that they went ahead and fixed it. It is state law that a written quote be provided before repairs. Before hand it was communicated that I would have to pay 40 dollars for the diagnosis. 92 dollars later and no apology. Now, that seems small but in the time I have taken to write this I could have replaced the 10-20 dollar fuse. With what I communicated and the way it was handled it seems very shady. I guess at least my air is blowing cold.

Can't say enough good things about my experience. I have worked on my vehicle for a lot of things and was hesitant to take it to a mechanic but glad I took it to these guys. The price was super reasonable, and availability was excellent. A starter was put in my Jeep, but unfortunately it was a defective starter. I brought it back and showed them the sound. The next morning they could not get the issue to present itself, so they ran the vehicle for a while to see it it needed to warm up first. That was what it needed so they could hear the sound again. This shows me they genuinely wanted to correct the issue, and see what was wrong. That means a lot as they could've said "can't hear the problem now, your issue". They honored the warrenty and put a new starter in free of charge. I appreciate the good work. They also did not try to sell me a oil change when my warning displayed one was due, so they got straight to the point. I appreciate that

I cannot recommend this auto service enough. We were from out of town 3 hours away and the truck broke down. We called everywhere in the area who refused to look at the truck for weeks. Without hesitation he told us to get it towed in and he would figure it out today for us. He got us fixed up and on the road within a hour. Honest and hard workers. This is the place to go if you have any issues with your vehicles.

I have never had anything but great service here. They are reliable, knowledgeable and most of all, honest and up front about everything! The only shop I have ever been to that has gotten me right in when necessary and they will do everything they can to have me back on the road the same day when possible. I recommend them to anyone when I see they are looking for a reliable and honest mechanic. They have worked on three of my vehicles along with other family members and friends and none of us have anything negative to say. Disappointed. I tried Airport Auto Service for engine repair following a personal recommendation and good reviews and unfortunately I do not think I will be back. The people and price were great, but frustrated with some of the repair outcomes. Originally, brought a vehicle in to have a broken screw removed after trying to replace a PCV/cam cover at home. The team was able to repair the screw, re-replace the cam cover, and everything checked out at the time, so in the following weeks I scheduled another repair to address a coolant leak. Once again the team was able to repair, replace, and everything seemingly checked out. This is when things went downhill. After driving the vehicle off, the engine overheated. We open the hood and found the hose to the overflow tank was loose and had emptied the coolant contents across the engine. We towed the car back and they offered to stay late, clean, and have the vehicle ready for us ASAP. I was ready to write it off as an unfortunate accident until about two month later (from the first repair) when I discovered the PCV air tube, which stretches across the cam cover, was pulling in air, had been broken in half and was taped together to hold it (beneath the air intake hose). Unfortunately, I do not have any before pictures and have not looked at this tube previously to 100% verify it happened during repair, but my best guess is during cam cover repair the tube broke and this was the "fix" and recently has vibrated free. I feel like my trust was betrayed. I would've understood things happen and sometimes other things break in repair. I would've worked with you to get the hose replaced, had I been made aware. Now I don't feel like I can come back without questioning the repair itself.
