Tyler is outstanding and so is the staff there!!! Great people, honest and fast! The knowledge and professionalism there is 2nd to none! Went to a "dealer" for a wheel issue (Maple Hill Auto) $300 and made it worse (Maple Hill installed wrong wheel part), went to Belle Tire on Westnedge, easy problem solved in no time! Great people there!! 🙏

Spent over 100$ on new tpms sensors. Was told my service tpms system light would go off. After about 10 miles it came back on. Went back in to have it checked out and was told that I either underfilled or overfilled my tires and that I would have to visit a dealership to get the issue (that was nonexistent before) fixed.

They were awesome. I called in the morning, Got a 1:30 appointment the same day. I had slow leaks in 3 out of 4 tires. They fixed those, balanced all 4, and rotated them as well. The charge was 0, but I definitely gave them a tip. Totally awesome place. Jackie that took my call was amazing too! 👏👏👏 I would highly recommend... Westnedge store in Portage, Mi.

Had to wait two hours for a tire rotation. Poor customer service. Scheduled appointment on their website site but there are no options to indicate tire service so put vehicle inspection. That does not work in getting an appointment for tire work and was told I have to call for appointment for tire rotation. Their appointment web site is not useful at all and needs to be fixed. Morning wasted due to their lack of guidance on how to schedule a tire rotation. Seems a tire place would have that option on their web site.

I can’t say enough good things about Belle Tire! I had a flat tire and was in a tough spot, especially since they were fully booked for the rest of the week. Matt and the team went above and beyond to squeeze me in and got my tire repaired in no time. I was in and out so quickly, and their professionalism and efficiency were top-notch. Thank you, Matt and Belle Tire, for your exceptional service! Highly recommend.

Well this is a warning to all . I love the tires I chose but the second time I have bought tires here and my car has been damaged both times . Specifically the first time years ago they pressed hard to cross sell alignmest and other before even puting on tires . "No no just replace my tires I have an ace for that I said" . Months later I replace my brakes and had to replace 5 lug bolts that were stripped from extreme over tightening one was broken in the nut . Ff to this year same exat issue but ad the twist of an absolute smartmouth flake pushing to crosssell service like alignment and engine service claiming warrenty is no good if I dont "I stated no I have an excellent mechanic and just had it done no" . This year gain replaced my brakes and 4 lug bolts were over tightened to stripped threads / cross threaded and had to replace them . The gas they use in place of air causes a pressure change and will set off the warning when temperature changes and also the second time I went through that , with even late summer ealy fall was warm 80s then drops to low 20s the signal went off and tires were reading 22psi so had to stop air up to 43 psi then next day on the highway had to pull off and let pressure out from highway pressure was at 55 psi and dash warning let me know had to stop and bleed off 10 down to 45 psi . I will not return to this shop fore tires .

So I’m making this 3 stars because I think the guys here were trying. But after taking my van in to check the lug nut torque, and waiting around for most of a day, the diagnosis I got from them was more than off. They told me my rim was cracked and leaking. I looked at it, with them. And the leak was coming from the valve stem, but they said it was definitely a crack in the whole rim. Another shop told me the same thing, but after a 3rd opinion— it was the valve stem. Replacing it was the fix, not a whole new rim. Second, they said I needed a transmission (without driving it more than into the bay from the parking spot, and not checking the fluid level). I do not need a new transmission, my fluid was simply a qt low. Lastly, they said I needed new studs for my wheel/rim. To their credit, this was correct— as one snapped on a 1000 mile drive south to OKC. However, the repair for said stud replacement was quoted wrong, and was off on how the repair is done (told it involved the axle taken out, along with seals and bearings when it’s a simple spacer that the studs are pressure fit into, no disassembly of axles or seals or anything major). All in all, I was given 1/4 of the right diagnosis, with a margin of $1000 difference in cost. I do think they meant to be helpful. And they didn’t charge me for the diagnosis. But they should be well more knowledgeable on fleet vehicles/large vans if Belle Tire advertises that they work on them, and shouldn’t be worrying customers like myself that are well versed in the repair/maintenance of their vehicle.
