Today at 92 degrees with humidity I received the best service and kindness from Sean and the team at Stadium Drive Kalamazoo! Besides the oil service and safety check Sean tried to assist with an new error message from my auto start which was preventing me from leaving. He did an amazing job along with his team working hard on all of the cars in the bays! A hard working crew for sure! I could be overshooting the time but in 20 degree weather that felt like -3, they handled business and made it HASSLE FREE. They also give you a rundown of options to choose from as far as what you want to put into your whip, STELLAR SERVICE just in time for this Midwest winter. Thanks team! I stopped into Uncle Ed’s yesterday with a car full of kids and happy meals from McDonald’s. The service here was amazing! Kendall and his team worked quickly and thoroughly. Talking to me before going onto the next step. When they tested my battery it was only working at 26% so they offered to replace it on the spot. I was so thankful! I was done within 15 minutes. I will definitely be back for another oil change from their location.
