Had issues starting my car. The store where I purchased the battery said the issue was with the alternator. Midas quickly identified that it was in fact the battery, not the car, and offered to handle working with the store to sort out a new battery. The Midas team was able to quickly help install the new battery which ultimately was the issue I was experiencing.
