I had sway bar connections done and then a few weeks came back for brake job on my 2015 Ford Edge. Brian took great care of me and got me in same day, both times. Brake pads were still on life time warranty---which he informed me about after I forgotten after 6 years, saved me a lot of $$$. Also it was discovered that I had tie rod issues, with all the driving I do--I am glad the issue was identified before failure. Work was done professionally and expertly. Great experience and highly recommend!

1) Scheduled appt online for a Saturday with details of what I think could be wrong 2) Called afterwords to make sure appt went through, guy said yep we got you in & asked what is wrong, he confirmed they do engine diags/repairs (it’s plastered all over the website by the way) 3) 1 week later, Now it’s time to bring my Jeep in for its scheduled appt I made. So I called morning of to double check drop off time… now guy can’t find me in scheduled appts?? Then asks me what’s wrong with jeep & I told him and he immediately dismisses me & says they don’t do “rigorous repairs” on engines, or transmissions & don’t even have a mechanic that will?? Soo they wanted me to bring my jeep in, Pay for the diagnostic fees, just to take my money & tell me they don’t work on those repairs.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would! They fixed my exhaust issues and got me in and out the same day I made my appointment within 3 hours. They were all so friendly too, Michael and the other guys working on cars couldn’t have been any nicer. It was one of the most relaxing car repair environments ever, and it was almost half the price of what I was originally quoted months ago! I would definitely go back and would recommend them

Brian at the front was an incredible human, his customer service is what this world needs and Mike the mechanic was quick, honest and upbeat personality. He showed me that my brake pads were actually still very full and that I didn’t need new brakes, unless I just wanted to waste money, being that BMW brakes actually have a common issue with noisy brakes. So I continued to get a brake fluid flush as that was needed and 80$ later back on the road! The 60$ inspection fee was waived because I ended up getting a service. Both fellas went above and beyond and I am still surprised how much I felt like family and how positive Mike was to me and the other guest in the lobby. What a great smile! BYW don’t forget to grab your baby Jesus on the way out as well!

Had both front calipers replaced and the brake fluid flushed. The brake pedal now is spongy goes almost all the way to the floor. Feels unsafe. My stopping power is now worse than before the 700$ and 6 hr repair. I will be taking it back and they are going to fix the brake pedal travel

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I went in due to a coolant leak. They told me that I needed a new radiator. Got it fixed, and didn’t think much of it. One of the most common problems on my type of car are the head gaskets. Turns out, that was the real problem. My radiator had another year or two left in it. All of the sudden my coolant started leaking again. In my way to drive it to the repair shop to get it fixed. The car stopped, I turned it off, and it hasn’t been started again. I would’ve had to get a whole new engine. Go to Midas if you want an excuse to buy a new car.

Generations of my family have been coming to Midas for years! We've had a variety of reasons for our visits: oil changes, wheel bearings, brakes, tires, numerous console lights, batteries, wipers, etc... They are always upfront about cost, willing to explain the reason for the cost and procedure, and willing to show you the area(s) in question. I am a female, and they have never disrespected me, or downplayed my concerns for my vehicle. When my daughter was being lied to about car repairs in Battle Creek(she lives near Marshall), I told her to stop messing around and bring it over to Midas on Gull Road. I trust this company. My vehicle is very important to me, personally, and for my work, I'm not taking it anywhere else.

My car had been rattling like a stagecoach for months and only getting louder by the day I called up Midas never tried them and the dealership always overcharge but under deliver. Or you go to get one thing fix and 3 things aren’t working after the visit! So I called Midas and let me tell you as of this moment no one else works on my car! Just the feeling of knowing and being taught what the problems were was nice and the price to fix was reasonable, haven’t found a straight shooter like Brian the store manager and will go as far as to say if your a woman and don’t wanna be taken advantage of this is the place I’d recommend!!!
