Fast and exceptional service. I believe family owned and ran and I love that! The last time we used them they squeezed us in quick and fixed a chip in my wife’s windshield in 15 mins. Said if we would have waited another day it would have resulted in replacing the whole windshield. Therefore was super thankful they squeezed me akin at the end of their work day to fix it. The first time we used them there was an issue with the windshield the vendor gave them to use to replace in my expedition but after they went to get it and they started to install it, they realized it didn’t have the sensors it needed and they turned around and drove back to Grand Rapids, got the right windshield and replaced it, then turned around and delivered the car to my house. Mind you, this really only took a couple extra hours compared to their original estimate of time and honestly I was very impressed that they corrected the error and then demonstrated excellent customer service by just dropping the vehicle off at my home residence! I will continue to use this company for all my auto glass needs. They are fantastic!! Thank you!

Bought a car from a dealership two months ago in Kalamazoo with a chip in the windshield. They assured us they work with a great glass company and will have them take care of it. I made an appointment to return to the dealership while the windshield was fixed. The dealership gave me a loaner car while my car was being fixed. Five hours later, when I called to see how things were moving along, I found out the glass person never showed up. I live an hour away and made the time to travel back to the dealership to have my windshield fixed that day. The dealership assured me they would resolve the situation, and the glass company would come to my house and fix the chip in the windshield to make up for not showing up at the dealership. Two weeks pass and there is no word from AF glass. After contacting the dealership AGAIN a person from AF Glass contacts me and asks for my address, letting me know they will be at my house in the afternoon. Someone from AF glass even called me to confirm that they would be here. I waited at home for them to come and fix the chip in the windshield, but no one has shown up. After contacting the dealership again someone from AF Glass contacted me telling me they had an emergency and couldn’t make it. Now they’re not even answering the dealerships phone calls. My advice…pick another company…this company is a little sketchy. Makes me nervous they have my address…

It was my first time coming here. I had a cracked windshield from the bottom left and it ran all the way across to the driver side. I was worried about how much it would cost because now in days people overprice you for things and leave a terrible job. But not A.F, they had a very friendly staff that were very welcoming. Also did an amazing job on my replacement windshield. And for an affordable price too! If I could recommend you guys to go anywhere to get your windshield repaired I would definitely recommend here. Replacement took only about 45 minutes to an hour long. Thank you so much again for your service. Support local business!!
