I broke down 45 miles from home and towed my Elantra to Van's because it was the closest garage then went home and called in the morning. They gave me no false hope they'd get to it that day but called within a couple hours with the problem and estimate. I told them about a starting issue and they looked into it to find I needed a new purge valve. They made it clear I did not need to fix it now to get rolling but I had them replace it anyway. Estimate for alternator, a belt and the purge valve was $575. Ultimately I paid $553. Easy to pay remotely and pick up vehicle while they were closed. Thanks Van's. Top-notch.

I was supposed to wait until the 18th of January for a new clutch for my Jeep and I think it was literally 2 to 3 days later they called and said it was done. 😄 needless to say I was overjoyed and extremely surprised. I have taken my and my family's car to Vans for years, it is a great place, they do great work, they are upfront about things. I have never been disappointed in their work. Interesting story, I had an issue with a previous car, they could not figure it out but they tried every reasonable thing to figure it out. It turned out to be an odd manufacture issue that was brought in after several layers of experts at the dealership were consulted to finally get it fixed. So the one thing they couldn't fix for me was beyond 99.9% of the people that would have tried!

Always the best by far! We have lived in 5 different states over 30 years. Van’s has been by far the best car service we have ever had. Such fair pricing and honest.
