Car would not start and we were stranded. Mike the technician was on it, he got us in and diagnosed a bad battery. They had one in stock at there shop and installed it. Mike then again tested the starting and charging system before saying it was all fixed. Awesome service from the phone call we made to there shop to the repairs on our car. Thank you Monro.

I was towed here for a flat tire. It was the closest place and I had no choice. I paid over $260 dollars to have that flat tire repaired and waited over 8 hours there in the shop. The next day the tire was still leaking air, so I went back and the new bum that runs the place wanted to argue that it’d be a new charge and I’d have to wait hours for them to even look at the tire. I said that didn’t sound fair and left. AVOID THIS PLACE AND IT’S CROOKS BY ALL MEANS!!!

The guys here are amazing and always ready to help. I had to have an emergency oil change once and they noticed other issues and helped show me then helped me come up with a plan to fix it….today I had an emergency with my tires and all of these other shops refused to help and I remembered the amazing service I had here recently so we drove over and sure enough they were once again extremely helpful and changed my whole night!
