I’m not one that thinks of leaving reviews at places. Dealership called and told me I was in need of new brake pads. I called these guys Monday, got a quote for $400 less than the dealership, they got me in Wednesday morning and I picked up my car before the end of the day. Just had new brakes all around on my Volvo, figured it’s time to update my review. I loved old ownership, they treated me like family. The new Spring Valley is much like the old one, with just enough updated to look a little cleaner and a little smoother. Very prompt service, replaced my ball joint & fixed a series of exhaust leaks. Maintained good contact on project scope as the more exhaust leaks became noticeable. All work was done in 2 days, only days after calling to make an appointment. Kurt answered several of my other questions about future repairs & items to keep an eye on. Under new ownership (kind of) Dave has taken over from his father, and continues to do a great job. Still my favorite shop in town.
