After another shop causing the destruction of my Subaru engine, Driven rebuilt it for a bit less than the quoted price, and got it back to me in less than 2 weeks. Under new ownership during end of 2018..the same great service, kindness, honesty. Looking forward to years of great honest service from the new owners who come with wonderful personalities and recommendations. Original review: Halli's has done work on our vehicles since 1990 and has always gone above and beyond the norm to resolve issues that the dealers where we purchased our vehicles could not resolve. They are honest, communicate well with customers and know their business. The shop is neat, clean, the staff is wonderful and knows their stuff and our cars get good care. Who could ask for more? A couple of months ago, at my previous car shop, I was told that my head gasket needed to be replaced (again). I called SEVERAL shops and many did not do the repair and then some said they would call me back, and didn't, except for here. They said someone was out and that I would get a call back on a certain day, and they sure did call on that exact day. I was impressed by that. They also wanted to look at it to confirm that's what the issue was since it would have been the second time. I took it in a couple of days later and they got it in the same night to test some things overnight and it was done 2 days later. Thankfully, it did not end up being the head gasket. I also had a couple other questions about things I should potentially get done, and they were honest about not needing them at this time. They were also super friendly, which is a plus now days. Will probably be my new car shop :)

not honest and rude people when you get smart on them. told me I would need a new transmission if the input shaft was bent, told me they don't make aftermarket flywheels,and there are actually those options, after I found out flywheels are not $900, you can get them for $300, I asked if they would use one that I provided, they said no. they also told me flywheels were model specific, they aren't, they are motor code specific. tried selling me a ball joint replacement job for $250, come to find out my ball joints aren't bad. and when I declined that, and said $900 is a little crazy, they said okay at this time we are denying service on your vehicle and don't come back lol. they left my car on wheel dollies and told me I would need a professional tow service to pick it up. I demanded they got it right and they did. but I don't enjoy being molested on price. they might do it quick but they won't do it unless you sprinkle money all over them.

I am so grateful to have found a place like Driven to take my Subaru Forester! They are so honest, transparent, and affordable. Greg is extremely knowledgeable about Subaru’s. He is very straightforward and tells you exactly what you are dealing with when it comes to what repairs are necessary. I appreciate the honesty and transparency because car repairs can be so expensive especially with a Subaru. I was recommended this place by a friend. My rear differential seal had worn out, and the dealership quoted me over a thousand. Driven happened to be one of the only places in the area willing to take on the repair. Despite being a big job, Riley had the seal replaced within a few hours. He was very trustworthy, and great at communicating. In the end, I was charged half as much as the dealership, and still received high quality work. Thank you Driven!
