They switched my battery with a bad one they stole/lost my front headlight and refuses to replace it. Mark sent the insurance company a high quote for new parts and later told me he was going to buy used parts to fix my car. Take pictures of everything before leaving them with your car

I was told my car would be ready today, they have had it now for a week. When I called today, I was told it would be another 3 days. The person I spoke with was rude and told me to “get car rental insurance and this wouldn’t be a problem “. Will never use this auto body shop again.
