Gerber was extremely quick and efficient to work with (through our insurance agency). The vehicle was finished much faster than we were quoted, and we were given a very extensive breakdown of everything that was replaced/recalibrated, etc. they were much faster than other body shops in the area. I received a referral to this body shop from an insurance agent. I dropped my car off 5 months ago to be fixed. I am still without my car with no resolution in sight. I visited the body shop this week and the individual I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and professional and presented a case of why my car was there 5 months and why it may be there another 5 months. While there are many points from this case that are troublesome, a couple that stand out are that I get a update at least once a month saying my car will be fixed within 30 days. That has happened five times now. The second point is we are constantly told how we are in exceptional times, but at no time does the the business make any exception to ease the customer burden. It is business as usual and the business model is failing badly. I have no choice at this point to accept the significant financial burden that will fall on me because this business cannot deliver on its initial promise to have my vehicle fixed within 30 days with their highly touted "quick service".

I took my car in after I hit a deer, I was a little disappointed that they said it would take up to 2 months for it to be repaired. However that wasn't the case ! They took care of everything in a speedy manner and updated me frequently. I was very pleased by the work they did. Caden was excellent, super helpful with all insurance questions and repairs. I would recommend them to anyone needing autobody repairs.

After some slight damage to my tail light, I went to Gerber Collision and Glass to have it replaced. Mark was able to find a tail light within a few days, and installing the part only took about 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone with collision issues. Everyone was helpful and experienced.

I was told my car would be ready today, they have had it now for a week. When I called today, I was told it would be another 3 days. The person I spoke with was rude and told me to “get car rental insurance and this wouldn’t be a problem “. Will never use this auto body shop again.

Insurance company highly recommended and essentially forced me to use them. Went to get an estimate to decide what to do with my vehicle. Next thing I know, the told the insurance company I was ready to repair it and they got paid. Made an appointment for a specific day. Found out the day before, somehow it was never put in their system. Had to wait 3 more weeks. Finally got my vehicle in, then I find out that they used a different type of bull guard on my bumper. It looks OK, but they never asked me if that was acceptable. I will NEVER use them again. The actual body work was acceptable.

Had my door repaired here 6 or so years ago. The repair didn't hold and I brought it back. They totally honored their lifetime warranty and supplied me with a loner car at no cost while they took care of the repair. The staff absolutely wants to get it right. When I picked it up, I saw a few things not quite right, and as soon as I pointed them out, they asked if they could take it back and fix them up, which they did! Caden kept me informed with phone calls throughout the process, Sally at the front desk is very personable and easy to talk to, and Kristin walked me through everything at the initial consult. Great team. It was clear they weren't satisfied until I was satisfied. Thanks Gerber!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Mark Bradley, one of the estimators there is extremely rude. They missed out on thousands of dollars behind his rudeness. I’m a real advocate for a customer service and his was horrible.

My car was expected to be done on Tuesday latest if “no additional damages were found”. Originally was told 4-5 days, called in today wondering what was up with the car after hearing nothing and was told 7-10 days from today and they just started on it. Blamed it on the bad storm which i understand to a certain point. What i don’t understand is the lack of communication. I have been carless for no reason, i would have just picked it up and dropped it off again if they simply told us they were backed up. I also don’t understand how they managed to get that backed up, nearly 2 weeks from a 2 day storm? My car was scheduled in and dropped off a week ago and it’s just now getting started on? This whole situation is pretty unbelievable, i genuinely cannot believe there was no communication and now im stuck without a car for “7-10 days” when i should have it by now.

TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I've gone here twice, the first time they didn't adjust my headlight properly (leaving a blind spot on the right while driving at night) and the bumper wasn't pinned completely (sticking out near the headlight). I should have taken that as a sign to never return but I gave them a second chance. The second time after paying for them to "fix" my car, they blew up every form of contact to make sure I was satisfied. I wasn't. I took the car back and they told me to my face "they don't do that work here". My front end was damaged from a rear-end accident. I talked to three different employees BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER my car "repair" telling them the damage was more than cosmetic. The first employee told me to take it to a mechanic to get scanned before I bring it in for my appointment, the second said they would scan it while they work on it to assure all damages were repaired, and the third said they scanned it and they would "take another look". The third employee told me what was wrong in the parking lot, drove it to the back to rescan it, and then said "we don't do this work here, we take it to a shop down the street for these repairs. you can take it there yourself but I don't know how long it will take, they prioritize our repairs." IS THAT NOT WHAT I PAID FOR?! They also did a sh.t job with the headlights again, the hood looks incorrect, and again the bumper parts weren't put on all the way.

Referred to them for auto glass repair after hitting a deer busted out several windows and the windshield. Took them months to get it back to me.... Also called the insurance and said the vehicle didn't appear to have hit a deer... Saying there was no blood or fur on it. This led to a bunch of unnecessary phone calls back and forth with an insurance investigator. All that said, there's glass inside of my door panels, the window seal in a door leaks allowing water inside of the door panel. Conclusion, it's your right to have whatever shop you choose do auto repairs for damage covered by insurance. I suggest you avoid their shop.

My vehicle was broken into, and someone attempted to steal it. My insurance company recommended that my car be sent to Gerber, which it was. I was later informed that all the necessary repairs had been completed and that I could come pick up my vehicle. Unfortunately, I couldn’t pick it up right away due to graduation and other commitments. When I finally arrived—right before closing—the woman I spoke with seemed to have an attitude about the delay. I received my vehicle that day, but by the following Monday, I had to return it because the car started shaking and felt like it didn’t want to move. I called Gerber and told them something was wrong with my vehicle and that I would be getting it towed back. I also mentioned that I wasn’t sure how long it would take for the insurance company to arrange the tow. They told me not to worry and that they would come and get the car themselves. Since I had expressed that I didn’t feel comfortable driving it, I assumed they would have it towed. However, someone simply came and drove the vehicle away, which didn’t sit right with me. I didn’t hear anything from them until I called two days later. That’s when I was told that the spark plugs were completely undone, some were loose, and there was also an issue with the coils. They told me to take the car back to whoever performed the tune-up. I explained that I had never had a tune-up, so their explanation didn’t make any sense. After that, my car was sent to the Kia dealership. I went from having no issues with my car before the break-in to now having complete engine damage. Gerber has refused to speak with me or address the issue and has avoided all communication. I would not recommend taking your car there at all. Reply “I spoke to someone yesterday, and they said they would contact me today. However, I haven’t received a call. Don’t worry—I’ll provide an update accordingly, so please don’t make it seem like someone was trying to reach me.” Update: 6/23/25 I spoke with the general manager, and he informed me that he had fired his two auto mechanics and was following up on my complaint. I was finally able to get in touch with him, and he told me that he believes someone may have tampered with my vehicle again after I got it back. To remind you, when I drove off from the shop, the car began to shake slightly, and the shaking progressively worsened as I continued driving. Shortly afterward, the check engine light came on. I later discovered that the spark plugs had been left undone. As of now, one of the cylinders in my engine is misfiring, and I’ve been told I need a new engine—which will cost $10,000. I am currently without a vehicle, and my insurance company, State Farm, is refusing to cover the repairs. They claim the damage was not caused by the theft, but recommended that my car initially be taken to Gerber Collision, where I received the vehicle back—with loose, undone and oil-coated spark plugs.

Had some work done due to a break in on my vehicle- let me just say very kind people. Kept me updated and in the know about my car, and also cleaned my car?!? It definitely wasnt the cleanest before it got vandalized and brought in to the shop, they vacuumed my entire car, wiped down the dash and put my strewn about items into a box for me! I just wanted to say that is so above and beyond, so kind and unnecessary, but so appreciated. That is truly customer service. Thank you guys for all your help! You really made a girl feel taken care of!

I had an amazing experience with Gerber Collision & Glass! My car had paint chipping issues due to a known manufacturer defect, and thankfully, the manufacturer extended the paint warranty to 10 years. Gerber handled the entire process smoothly and professionally. They repainted my car, and the results were flawless. It honestly looks brand new. The color match is perfect, the finish is immaculate, and the attention to detail really shows. The team kept me updated throughout the process, and the turnaround time was even quicker than I expected.
