Attempted to buy a Lincoln 1/3/26. Locked in a price. Came back a couple days later and was told all the numbers have changed. How do numbers change in 1 working day? Bait and switch tactic. Absolutely blown away this is how business is run. Nobody said a word about any numbers changing and that a decision had to be made that day to lock in the price. When prices are given they should be good for x amount of time. I wasted hours and hours of time and that’s unacceptable.

Both me and my husband were looking to buy. Seems like they are either unaware or simply don’t care when you inquire about a car but there’s a pending sale. They should really communicate better internally because all it does is lead potential buyers to feel like they’re being toyed with. Rather take my business elsewhere.

Don't do business with this dealer. I was promised a new key fob with the purchase of a 4runner, it's in the contract. It's been 3 weeks and still no key fob. 1 failed attempt, another missed appointment for the key fob. Said they would schedule and pay for the new key fob at the local Toyota dealership and they want to send me in blind with no appointment and no assurance of payment for said key fob. Talked to the manager who said he would take care of it. Talked to James Oliver who was the dealer and assured me multiple times he'd take care of this problem and it's still unresolved. I beg anyone who is thinking of buying a car from this dealership to please go elsewhere. I've been given the run around for weeks and I'm sure you will also. This way of doing business is unprofessional!!!

On July 14, 2025 with purchased a 2018 expedition from Zeigler in Kalamazoo. Within 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle we noticed a screaming noise when the car would start up. It needed a new serpentine belt, we took it back to have it replaced which they refused to replace. They solely sprayed a solution on it to lubricant the belt so it would stop making the noise. Not even two months later we were noticing the vehicle shifting very hard. We took it in to another dealership and they let us know it needed a new transmission and there was a rattle start up noise which is an extremely expensive repair, close to $6k. When purchasing this vehicle at Zeigler we had been told time and time again that the vehicle was inspected and with good faith they stated it was a great and a very safe car. We have two small children and knowing they had sold us something so unreliable and unsafe is extremely unsettling. We have called multiple times and sent emails with zero return. I’m incredibly disappointed and would not recommend for anyone to purchase a vehicle there. They do not care about their customers solely about the volume of vehicles sold. Update 12/6: the sales manager Joe called and was incredibly rude to my husband. He refused to do anything to help and put all the blame on us when his team in sales and service were the ones that failed to report the issue to him. I’d highly recommend going to any other dealership than Zeigler in Kalamazoo.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership. Posting again, since my previous review has been deleted. They have failed to release the title for the vehicle, and despite repeated attempts to get information, we have been given no answers about where the title is or when it will be released. As a result, our temporary tag has expired, and the dealership has refused to provide a new temporary tag to cover us until our license plate arrives. This has left us in an unacceptable position and potentially unable to legally drive a vehicle we paid for. To make matters worse, the vehicle was sold with a brand-new set of extremely cheap tires, and we immediately discovered that both the front and rear brakes needed to be replaced. These are major safety issues that should have been addressed—or at the very least disclosed—before the sale. Communication throughout this entire process has been terrible. Calls and messages go unanswered, and when we do get a response, it’s vague and unhelpful. Once the sale was complete, any sense of responsibility or customer service completely disappeared. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and deeply disappointing. I would not recommend anyone do business with this dealership. Transparency, safety, and basic follow-through are the bare minimum when selling vehicles, and this dealership has failed on all counts. Edit: they have now found the title, and delivered a second temp tag.

Don’t trust their “Certified Pre-Owned” vehicles. Bought a 2022 Pacifica from them in January of 2025. It had some minor cosmetic issues that they happily fixed before I took delivery but otherwise everything was good. The day I took delivery half of the steering wheel buttons didn’t work. I taveled several hours away to purchase this vehicle and didn’t want to drive all the way back for such a minor issue. They refused to work with me to have it repaired without any out of pocket expense on my part unless I brought it back to them. I ended up paying for that $200 repair myself. I attempted to contact them to see if they would offer to reimburse me but they never returned my calls. Fast forward 10 months. Now I have a leaking radiator, two bad batteries, a bad sensor, and the rear breaks need to be replaced. I’m now looking at a $3500 repair bill on a van I’ve owned less than a year. I don’t know who did the “Certified Pre-Owned Inspection” on this vehicle but they should be fired because clearly they failed miserably at it. The minor issues we found before we bought it should have been a red flag but we trusted this dealership and we were wrong. I have little expectation that Ziegler will make it right based on this review. I just want others to know what they are potentially walking into buying a used vehicle from this place.

I would not advise ANYONE to work with this dealer. I would not even give it any stars, but I had to. I went in with my own financing. I had the paperwork with the amount I was approved for so there was no reason to even pull my credit. I was told they didnt "work with" my bank so I would need to get their financing. (Not true) I was told there would not be any hard inquiries on my credit. They pulled 7 HARD inquiries. I called up and said I never agreed for those inquires and I was told by Joe Borst that there is no difference between soft and hard inquires on a credit report (also not true). I believe anyone that knows anything about financing knows that is not true. I said I wanted the hard inquires off and was told they cant do that.(Also not true again) Worst dealer experience ever. Salesmen are not trained and dont know what they are talking about. Do not waste your time going there!

My experience with Levi was phenomenal, I walked in with a 2010 ford edge that had seen better days, Levi offered me $1000 more for my trade in than we originally anticipated and got me in my 2019 jeep grand Cherokee for less a month than expected. Just purchased a used Acura MDX from Zeigler Lincoln yesterday and had the best experience. The staff was very welcoming from the managers to finance. A special call out to Vince Topolski in sales as he was incredible. Very detail oriented, responsive before and during the visit and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a new Lincoln, used car or any of the great Zeigler brands, look up Vince, you will not be disappointed. Pics of the new Acura and my 2014 that I drove for 334,000 miles.
