In whole Kalamazzo MI was only this shop available take me to immediately. My truck was down on the highway 40 miles south of. By the phone I explained that is alternator and they just said bring it down. The mechanic was start working on it and when new arrived he installed right away. I appreciate honest dealing! Brought my 2015 cadillac SRX in for a serious axle/suspension repair. I provided full permission to "just fix it...please". They called back after examining the vehicle and explained they could do the job but the issue was covered by a recall so I could get the work done for free by a dealer. I did that, but as a result of the referral, they are now my regular place for service. I always feel like I am being dealt with fairly.
