it’s that part of the winter season when it’s too cold for cars to start and Ricky Bobby was more than willing to face the cold and help install a new battery for me. Nataeveis at the counter was also very helpful in finding the battery I needed. Highly recommended this location for any car needs!

Amazing service! Friendly staff. We were having an issue with our 2017 Subaru battery. I had to have the store special order a battery for us. It arrived quickly. When we picked it up, the gentleman ran diagnostics on our vehicle and changed our battery for us. He did a thorough job. We are very happy with this store. Thank you so much Auto Zone team!!

Guy with dreads is condescending. Treats you like you're an idiot. I know very little about cars but I do know about customer service and this guy is terrible. Was at autozone to buy a battery and returned the old battery for a core charge. Will not be returning to any Autozone and will recommend to anyone in the Kalamazoo area to go to Interstate Battery up the street.

I honestly love this AutoZone chill environment I love the plaza it's in any really good neighborhood with not much crime and the customer service is great The one on the east side and not the greatest it's a little sketchy had a lot of bad experiences at that one but it's a lot bigger store and I love the store It was the customer service I had a problem with I mean if you got a story you have to have customer service skills and treat your customers with respect and dignity to be able to keep having customers come back.

They usually have what I need for my 1990 Chevrolet Astro van and if they give me an incompatible part then I get a refund no issue. The attendants are friendly and help with what you may need. It's not a perfect store but I'm not gonna rate it lower then 5 because of this. It's kinda dirty but it's a parts store so that just comes with the territory. Prices are also pretty competitive with other parts shops.

I go to AutoZone all the time. Different locations. This is by far the worst location that I can remember going to. I always look at my purse to ensure they're in stock. I have a list of part numbers but he wanted one at a time. I would tell him the part he would disappear for 5 to 10 minutes and then come back. Only one part out of my list was actually in stock. I told him that it was for the right rear brake but to verify in the computer. He sold me the wrong brake pads because I had the wrong part number. So he acted like he checked but he really didn't. I had to drive another 20 mi to get the rest of the parts even though all the parts said they were in stock. One part he didn't even look for. He said it they didn't have it. But I know that it showed on the computer that they did. He just didn't want to look for it. His attitude was extremely indifferent and made it clear that he did not care for my business. I don't hold all the AutoZone's responsible for this one AutoZone but I will never shop at that AutoZone again. Even if I'm in the area I will drive the 20 mi to a different one or another parts store. Highly recommend not using the AutoZone on stadium drive in Kalamazoo

It looks like I’m not the first one to leave a review about this worker (guy with dreads), but I went in to return a part and he asked if I had my credit card with me. I said yes, and soon after the card reader changed to a screen that said tap to pay. So I tried to tap and it wasn’t changing screens after a minute of trying so I asked if maybe I was tapping it in the wrong spot? He stopped what he was doing, looked at me and said in the most condescending tone “Slow down. I’ll tell you when to tap.” I said oh sorry, just so you know down here it says tap to pay. He turned his screen around and said well here my screen is telling me I need your signature. I said oh okay. I signed and again in a condescending tone said “Look at that, you didn’t even have to tap. Have a great day.” Super disappointed in the interaction. I’m not one to leave bad reviews because there’s enough negativity in the world and I understand people have bad days, but would love to be treated with respect and offered help by associates (which I was when I originally bought the part - the other associates were great!)

I stopped in on a very cold and snowy Sunday in need of windshield wipers. They were swamped with all sorts of car malodies. The two associates (I wish I had their names) worked together in perfect tandem and had me fixed up and out of there in less than 15 minutes. I can't express my gratitude more. In a time and place where customer service often times leaves much to be desired, these two delivered a perfect 10! Thank you!
