it’s that part of the winter season when it’s too cold for cars to start and Ricky Bobby was more than willing to face the cold and help install a new battery for me. Nataeveis at the counter was also very helpful in finding the battery I needed. Highly recommended this location for any car needs!

I came in an hour before close after I got out of work because my blinker bulb died. Alex found the bulbs I needed for my car and came out in the freezing cold and changed it for me! He was such a big help and super friendly, grateful for him the help from Auto zone!

Treated like a gigantic inconvenience just by coming in. Walked in ~10 mins after open to grab a quick brake light bulb on my way to work. Gave a smile and a “How’s it goin” to the guy in dreads, who immediately stopped in his path, rolled his eyes, gave a big sigh, and put his hands up in a shrug. This obviously caught me off guard, so I asked if they were still opening up, and that I would be happy to come back later if needed. Instead of a response, I got an intense head shake “no”, and he proceeded to look around the store, finished with another big ol sigh. He slowly walked back to the counter and hit me with the “what do you want”. Felt like a nuisance just by trying to order. Scanned it for me and then walked away for the rest of the checkout. I get bad days can happen, and I’m sorry if this was one of those. Opening up anywhere sucks, trust me. I get it. But even I would at least tell someone “Yeah, we just need a few minutes” or something along the lines in cooperation instead of constant sighs and nonverbal head shakes.

Worst customer service ever. The guy with long dreads was rude, lied about me calling the store ahead of time to check if parts were in stock (they were in stock online), lied about parts being in stock (he supposedly checked two different bin locations, took pictures of the two bin locations but showed me two pictures of the same bin location claiming he checked two different locations), and directed me to other AutoZone stores that “had parts in stock” when in fact they didn’t. I will never go to this store again and would rather go to Advance auto or O’reillys then deal with a rude employee.

Amazing service! Friendly staff. We were having an issue with our 2017 Subaru battery. I had to have the store special order a battery for us. It arrived quickly. When we picked it up, the gentleman ran diagnostics on our vehicle and changed our battery for us. He did a thorough job. We are very happy with this store. Thank you so much Auto Zone team!!
