Après l’achat d’une Prius de 2005 en seconde main, j’ai appelé ce garage et Blane, à l’accueil, m’a aussitôt trouvé un rendez-vous le lendemain matin. À mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli très chaleureusement par Blane. Puis, le technicien Cooper est venu me parler de son expérience avec le modèle de mon véhicule dont il était sûr de pouvoir remettre à neuf. C’était très rassurant à savoir. Bref, après quelques heures, je reçois un message du garage. Inspection terminée. On me présente un devis très complet et raisonnable et transparent. On m’indique même les réparations à prioriser et celles qui peuvent attendre pour me alléger la facture du jour. Le coût de la main d’œuvre est très décent même pour les moins nantis. Quelques heures plus tard je ressors du garage avec la sérénité d’avoir un véhicule sécurisé, une tonne d’informations et d’astuces sur les Toyotas. De loin ma meilleure expérience dans un garage et certainement le meilleur garage Toyota de la ville à mon humble avis. Merci encore!

These guys are the bomb! I am handicapped and I own a low mileage 2011 Rav 4. My health aid was running an errand for me and suddenly the Rav died in a parking lot. I called the dealer and they could not deal with it for a week. I googled Toyota repair and lo and behold! there is a factory trained new shop in Kalamazoo! I called for a tow and they were able to get it in immediately AND they fixed it the very next day, a Friday! I had my vehicle fixed RIGHT in 24 hours. And, honestly, these guys diagnosed my car, fixed it, and found a few potential issues I had no idea about and my health aid was able to pick it up by 5pm the next day. I was contacted quickly, honestly, and cordially regarding the complete repair. If you want quality factory service, factory parts and outright honesty! this is the place.
