We had an issue with our vehicle we bought there a few years ago and paid off. The company's security auto shut down somehow reactived. This happened in the evening, after going through the simple checks to confirm that it wasn't anything on our end we called express auto because we could hear the auto shutdown active. We spoke to Greg Gibins, and he told us that if we were able to get it up there first thing he would make sure it would be taken care of today, he even stated that if we could not get a tow truck he would pay for it to be towed to the shop. We searched for a tow truck at a reasonable price and we're unable to find one. By the time we were done we a searching it was quite late, so we called him this morning to see see if he would honor his word. When we called he told us that now they would not be able to get our vehicle in until the second because it was no longer first thing when they opened. When we informed him we were unable to get a tow up there last night he did offer to still have it towed in, but would still have to wait until the second. When we asked him about what he said last night he changed his story. I would not recommend anyone go to this place as they have proven their manager will not hold to their word,

Erick from express auto was amazing everything was so easy to signing documents digitally was super easy stress free also made it possible to have. A reasonable down payment and affordable payments even recommend insurance company that was super easy I started the day thinking getting a vehicle that’s reliable wasn’t gonna be possible but it was . And my son arriving at the bus stop saw the new vehicle in the drive way and he couldn’t wait to get off the bus he was so excited we raced towards our driveway and he opened every single door and trunk and he loved it just like I did so extremely happy and excited thank you for the best day for us .

complete waste of my time, they pick and choose who they want to help. i have money and a dam good job, just can not get to it without a car. did the finance department care? heck no. im facing eviction and agencies will not help me unless i can get back to work. thats sad really. they should change their motto from "when others say no, we say yes" to "when others say no, we may say no too even though you really need a car" now i do give 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 5 stars to mike the sales rep, he tried. express auto should be ashamed of themselves!!! if you want a 100% yes! go to Seeley kia, ask for steve he sells cars wholesale to the public and takes cash payment. if i had extra cash i would be their right now.

I deal with the express auto in battle creek but have to take it to kzoo to get it serviced. My car has been in the shop more then i had it on the road. But i can say that they make sure that there faithful customers are satisfied. I did call them and was being a little rude and im sorry for that, that was out of frustration. When they had my car the first time they broke my windsheild and fixed it. They told me when they first had that they would take care of everything and they did. All i had to pay was my deductible. And now it is back in the shop and i have to pay another 250 after not even having it for a week. But im okay with that. They are also paying for it to be towed there since it is not drivable. I am very happy with them and i wouldnt change it. But i do apologize for taking my frustration out on you guys. I really do appreciate all the hard work you guys do. And im very thankful

Howdy, I just wanna say that if you’re looking for a vehicle Michael is the way to go! He’s been more than helpful in helping me get approved in anyway possible! And there payments are great and both affordable long term. He’s been straight forward with me on what vehicle’s I should and should not look at… has been extremely helpful throughout the process allowing me to check the car inside and out for damage’s and or mechanical issues. I can’t say enough about my experience with Alex. He was beyond pleasant and has an abundance of patience with his customers. We first connected end of last year but I wasn’t completely ready because I was preparing for a long term travel experience. He did not spam me like most other companies. He was understanding. The week I returned I call him and he remembered me and that made me feel special. He let me test every car on his lot and never made me feel like I was too much. I found the perfect car for me. Alex was very helpful and patient. he really helped me when I needed it the most. Great guy. He'll work and do his best to get you in the vehicle you really want. He got me in this 2014 Chrysler 200. With only 70,000 miles on
