They have always been so great to work with. Mark was so great in helping us figure out our situation with a discontinued tire. He was honest and did what he could to help make everything right for me. That was impressive enough, but as I was sitting there waiting for the work to be done I was smiling listening to how he bragged up his employees to the people on the phone. I heard him say multiple times, “Well, we’re always busy, but I have a great staff here and we’ll get you in and taken care of.” He definitely cares about his employees and is proud of what he has going there!

Waited 40 mins to get air in my tires before I ended up leaving. Had 2 cars behind me as well. I had a good service for tires last time I was there, but even after going in and asking if someone could man the tire pump machine after 30 mins of waiting I waited another 10 mins then left. Just got air at Costco took 5 mins no problems. Service is good if you have an apt but just showing up for air in your tires plan for at least 45 mins.

Discount Tire on Stadium Drive always does a great job with our vehicles. They also deserve a ton of credit for working Thanksgiving weekend (during the first snow of the season), and adeptly dealing with a packed schedule with patience and professionalism.
