I give 2 stars because my first experience was awesome. Second time, it was a complete waste of time and money. The shop had my car for a total of 8 weeks….8 WEEKS. They replaced 02 sensors and a serpentine belt without my consent which totaled almost $400. The parts were not the fix nor did they take the time to properly diagnose my vehicle or else they would have known it was the transmission. I picked it up with the same issue and took it elsewhere and those places diagnosed it with a bad torque converter in my transmission and rusted sub frame. I just called trying to at least get the money for my parts back, but was unable to get anywhere on the phone. In fact, once I brought up needing an attorney, I was hung up on. So yeah. Take your vehicle elsewhere. Oh they also felt the need to talk politics when I was in the shop. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Got to my car quickly after I dropped it off. He told me on the phone it would be a few days and to wait to drop it off. But the day I did, he got the work done fast. Called and asked if I wanted a little extra done before just doing it (muffler work, old car, just wanted to shut it up). He was honest and fair about the price. I appreciate it and WILL be back
