I have heard some great comments about the service received at Bud and Doug Walters, so when looking for a pre-owned vehicle, this was the first place I looked. They had exactly what I was looking for on their lot and it was in great condition (2022 Ford Edge). After looking at a few other places, I returned to Doug and worked with him to buy the car. Doug was extremely patient with me while and looked, and actually encouraged me to do so. He and his daughter, Abby, were able to help me with all features of the car, made sure I was comfortable with everything, and has encouraged me to return at any time with questions/concerns. We purchased our 4th vehicle from Bud & Doug’s back in August 2024 (sorry it took so long for the review!). The 2023 Subaru Forester we purchased was in excellent shape and had low miles as well. It’s been great to drive so far with no issues. Abby & Doug (& Gary too!) are great to work with and very knowledgeable. Abby even took time to show us how to sync our phones up with the vehicle. We recently purchased our second vehicle from Bud and Doug’s. After such a good experience 5 years ago, we decided to return and somewhat impulsively, purchased our Nissan Pathfinder. It is a spotless vehicle and it feels brand new. From the moment we walked onto the lot, Abby greeted us even though she was working with another couple at the same time. She was not pushy but gave us valuable information on the vehicles on the lot. They were very generous with the trade in value of our old vehicle.
