We trust Michael’s Auto so much that I traded cars with my daughter (she now lives in Grand Rapids) when her A/C went out on her car so that it could be repaired in Kalamazoo. We have never had a bad experience here. The employees seem to fit the value of the owners: kind, honest and helpful. Definitely a place you can trust.

I went to Michael’s to have them put air in my tire. I showed up out of the blue because the gas stations near me didn’t have an air compressor and I happened to notice that they were nearby. Although I showed up without an appointment, they were able to help me last minute. Lo and behold, turns out I had a screw stuck in there. Mike patched up my tire quickly, was so friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of the questions I had. I will definitely be back if I ever have any further issues with my car. It’s nice to know we have a reliable, trustworthy shop in town!

Many thanks to the fine folks at this shop! I called hoping I would be able to make an appointment with a sudden issue that occurred and I had a limited window to get the repair done. This is the best shop I’ve been to in the Kalamazoo area! I had an issue with a stud stuck on my spare tire. I called and showed up 30 minutes before they closed and Cody was able to help and get me out the door in just a few minutes! Great place with great customer service. I’ll be back and recommending to others.

My daughters car broke down and we are on the other side of the state. All the other places wouldn’t even look at her car for a week! Called Mikes and he said they were booked but he’d get her car looked at as soon as he could. Had it fixed in less than 24 hours!! I couldn’t believe it! Such a nice guy, easy to work with and reasonably priced. This is the only place we will be going from now on. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Michaels. My son’s car broke down on a Sunday. We are from the Holland area and we didn’t have a clue who to take it too in the Kalamazoo area. We read the reviews and thought we’d take a chance. The reviews were right, by 9 am Monday morning I received a call from Mike. His car was diagnosed (Ignition Module) and will be done by noon. I was very impressed with the whole experience! Tx again Mike!!👍
