A lot better than most shops I've been too, I had my truck towed in, thought for sure I'd be down for a couple days, was driving away within 4 hours, electrical problem, fixed at a fair price too.

We bought our truck and and we were not happy with the service due to we brought it in for one problem took it out and it was $5000 later and the problem was still there and it's still not running right and we're not gonna bring it back and because we're not can I get stuck with that with the another bell of 3000 and we brought a truck and just to have that looked at it was a 154 just not happy with this company I wouldn't recommend it to the people that are in trying to get a truck fixed brought it to 1 mechanic and they fix the problem and they to him this and then K did not even fix the problem Also reported at to a higher manager supposedly we're going to get something off her bell or you know parts at um cost nothing ever happened like that the bell was the same

I have driven past this dealership many times. I decided to have them do a PM on my 2014 volvo. I was there at 6pm and was back on the road at 8 pm.They gave me a sheet showing a long list of things that they checked I was impressed at how they inspected my truck. Three weeks went past and my air ride leveling valve broke. I called and asked the service man Kyle if he could fix it and he said stop by they would work it in. When I showed up I told him my check engine light was on also he said he would check it out. Well long story short it wasnt good and would mean two days in shop.Kyle seen to it that I was able to get a rental car to go home with.He kept me up to date on how my repairs were going he shows that he cares about the truck but more importantly Kyle cares about the well being of the driver.I have used seven different volvo dealers over the past 3 years I own two late model volvos but have never met a service person that cared about the well being of the driver and truck as much as this person does. Problem solved I have found my dealership.

They may be ok as long as you have a simple problem, that they can just plug in and the computer will tell them what is the problem. But if you have something that takes a real mechanic good luck. They had my truck 4 times and never did fix it just spent $7,000 and fixed nothing. Do yourself a favor and find a real shop not this one.

The people there are just simple thieves. Took 5 hours to replace a windshield on my Volvo. A 1 hour job. They charged me 600 $. The mechanics there are just jerking around and wasting customers time and money. They replace also my whippers blades and puted shorter ones. 20 inch instead of 24. They said it is Volvo standard. Obviously not. Further more after 20 miles on the road both blades fall off. There weren't properly installed. I had to stop in the night and puted them back. Please avoid those bastards.
