On a recent Saturday visit the Staff there did a perfect repair on my exhaust system for a reasonable price and in a very timely manner. More importantly, I watched the Manager and his Assistant help another Customer by accommodating their transportation dilemma in a very personal and out-of-the-ordinary manner. We have been going to Muffler Man on Riverview for over 10 years, Jim has always been great and the service on our cars was excellent. This last time I went in for service for my car the gal at the desk was rude, Jim came in to help us when he saw how she was treating us. Later that day Jim called and told me I needed to take my car to a transmission shop. The transmission shop said there was nothing wrong with the transmission but parts were taken out of the engine and someone had disconnected parts and hooked them to the wrong things. My car was not at Muffler Man over night so it wasnt broken into. We will not be going back there again sad to say
