I dropped off my vehicle just before 08:00, to have a complete brake job done with new rotors and pads for all four wheels. Muffler Man completed the entire job by 10:30. They were very fast, friendly and did an excellent job!

My husband Chris showed up before the shop opened and planned on waiting, but Jim saw him and waved him in before they even opened! They not only took care of our muffler/exhaust issues but also found another problem and Bill was able to take care of ALL of it that day while my husband waited!! Thanks 🙏🏼 so much to Jim, Sarah and Bill for running such a great business that you run with honesty, integrity and just good ole kindness!! VERY fair prices as well!! Chris has sworn by you for many years and we will continue to not only use your shop but also send people your way!!

This is a fantastic place. We brought two different cars in and we're happy with the work. I didn't get charged for a lot of what they did for us and the turnaround was super short I actually hate posting this because it will only get busier here..lol UPDATE: Had an overheating issue and Muffler Man got me in and out same day with excellent service. Still 5 stars from our family.

We have been going to Muffler Man on Riverview for over 10 years, Jim has always been great and the service on our cars was excellent. This last time I went in for service for my car the gal at the desk was rude, Jim came in to help us when he saw how she was treating us. Later that day Jim called and told me I needed to take my car to a transmission shop. The transmission shop said there was nothing wrong with the transmission but parts were taken out of the engine and someone had disconnected parts and hooked them to the wrong things. My car was not at Muffler Man over night so it wasnt broken into. We will not be going back there again sad to say

My car got extremely loud and I checked underneath to see that my exhaust had rusted and broke off. I called them and they got me in that same day! Fixed it the next morning and was done with my car before noon. I am highly satisfied and will definitely be coming back! I appreciate their service so much!

Gave a great cost on replacing my catalytic converter, but the weld broke after only a year and a half, and because it's over the year mark, they won't fix it. Good welds last far longer than this, disappointing.

I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with them. Brought my truck in for a simple brake change, found my caliper smoking the next day. Brought it back the following morning and they charged me to fix something they messed up. When I picked it up and got home I noticed the caliper is still smoking and my rim had been scraped up. The manager denied it of course. Unprofessional, shoddy work, and carelessly handled my property. Wish I could give em a zero.

This is my second time coming to muffler Man on Riverview drive and getting messed over. They are very unprofessional and they get you out your money. Thursday got me for 375 and today they got me for $100 for a front end alignment which was not done. I returned back to muffler Man and you going to tell me to get some new tires. I got brand new tires already so why should I do it again. I will never visit them again for any kind of work. The man going to tell me to come back Monday but you got my money today. I need to call the Business bureau on them come Monday

⭐ 1 Star We brought our car in for a routine oil change and also asked the shop to check out a loud banging noise coming from the rear of the car. We specifically described it as sounding like someone hitting metal with a hammer. They told us it was just the plastic bumper being loose. My husband politely asked them to double-check because the sound didn’t line up with that explanation. After taking another look, they insisted again it was just the bumper. Not even 10 miles down the road, the CV axle completely gave out—clearly the actual issue that they missed. This kind of oversight is not only frustrating, it’s dangerous. If you’re looking for a shop that takes concerns seriously and actually diagnoses problems accurately, I’d recommend going elsewhere. This was a disappointing and costly experience that could have been avoided if they had done a more thorough inspection

Best service best prices. We got 3 separate quotes on front and rear brakes. Jeremy beat them both by around 30%.

I recently bought a used car from a dealership, thinking I was in the clear for a while when it came to repairs. Unfortunately, just a week and a half later, I started hearing clunking noises and feeling vibration in the front end. I took it to Muffler Man on Riverview, hoping it wouldn’t be anything major—but it turned out both CV axles needed to be replaced. Despite the frustrating situation, Muffler Man made the experience so much better than I expected. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect. They didn’t talk down to me or try to take advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge. Instead, they explained everything clearly and even showed me the worn-out parts after removing them. And with no surprise fees or pressure to do extra work. The team worked efficiently and had my car fixed up and ready to go the same day. I left there not only with a safer, better-running vehicle but also with a lot of appreciation for their honesty and professionalism. Muffler Man on Riverview truly went above and beyond. I’d recommend them to anyone needing trustworthy, quality car repair.

Absolutely phenomenal! I have been taking my car here for the last year they are kind and remember me by name which isn't heard of these days. The work they do is A++ also!! Do yourself a favor and keep them in mind when your car needs something done.

These guys are honest great workers!! I’ve brought my Audi A4 and My Toyota Camry 98 and they know more about my vehicles than even the dealers do at times. 10 plus years and I’ve been to many mechanics and every time I have real issues and I need help I still bring it here to see if they can look at it. They are way more than a muffler shop. Even when they are honest and say it’s outside of the scope of what they can do, they still steer me in the right direction. I pay them for the advice honestly even though they don’t ask it because I don’t want them to go out of business even as I move to Chicago. Great people I cannot state that enough!

They got me right in and got the job done. But the customer service is not consistent across all customers. I heard Jimmy tell a customer right before me he did not charge them for an alignment. Yet, did not budge on his pricing for my service even though they told me two different prices on the phone and in person something similar happened in January when I came but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Hello everybody, I recently took my car to the muffler man to get an leak fixed on an aftermarket exhaust I put on. I decided id pay someone to fix it instead of monkeying with it anymore. Sad to say I shouldn’t have, not even a day after leaving the shop I hop on the highway and hear some light rattling noise then later in the evening the repair totally gave out. I paid $120 to get that fixed, just to be ripped off. They said they were going to put a new gasket on that they were getting from a local parts store but instead they just used hi temp silicone. So i was charged 20 in parts expecting a gasket to be put on & that never happened. I took two hours off work the other day hoping that would give me time to get there and get things resolved, I get there and they want to say that they couldn’t find the right gasket because it was aftermarket and that id have to leave the car there to wait for them to order it. (could have said that in the beginning. I told them I put an aftermarket exhaust on myself, before we even agree to start the job) I ask to speak to the manager at 3:30 and they close around 5:30 and they want to say it's late and he's not there. So they expect me to take more time from work to show up with the car to possibly resolve my issue. Im beyond irritated and just fed up. They did a hack job on the car, took the acetylene torch to my nice stainless hardware and melted it all up, the hardware wasn’t even close to corroded. Id hate to lose my $120 but i already lost more by taking 2 hours off work. I'm honestly not sure what to do, just take the loss? I can't take another day off work I'd be paying double for this repair. I end up calling the manager and instead of working with me and my schedule possibly setting up a dedicated time for my vehicle to be in there, he says well it's first come first serve and that me working when they are open is not his fault, which is fine but at least let me schedule a time to get things done. I literally lost money on this, sad reality but if you want something done go to an actual mechanic. 1/300
