I only stopped on to ask if I could stand in there entrance to wait for the bus ( I forgot my gloves at home and the temp was dropping fast that day). I was treated with respect and politeness I was told of course and thanked for asking. Although that day I was using a bus I do need an auto parts store on occasion and you can be sure I will remember this one. Thank you for being human, and caring. You have earned a life customer.

Can I give zero stars? My daughter went in for a burned out headlamp and bought replacements bulbs, and they offered to replace them for her. It took over an hour, and a day later she noticed it was out again. Took it to Firestone and they had to redo the faulty wiring that O'Reilly's did and replace the bulb again that was damaged by O'Reilly's work, for $200 on top of the $50 that O'reilly's charged. Months later and nothing has been resolved. We have contacted the company and replied with our phone number as requested. We have called in and explained the situation again and someone had us email add the information again that my daughter already brought in personally, and still no response or resolution. If they didn't plan/care to resolve anything they should have told us that in the beginning.

I went there for oil and the lady at the front counter didn’t speak didn’t ask if I needed help or anything, a white customer walked in right behind me and she spoke and asked if he needed help finding anything. But the gag is he was rude as hell to her when she was trying to help him and then she just had this dumb look at on her face after he cursed her out. That’s exactly what you get Denise. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere.

Called on a Hail Mary that they might have the bolt I needed. Tony was very friendly and informed me they had one, and that he could put it to the side for me When he noticed me looking at car detailing supplies, he suggested a bucket kit that they had, that wasn’t out on the shelf. He was even nice enough to open it so I could see if it came with towels Will definitely come to this O’Reilly for any future auto needs

Every single time I enter this store I am immediately greeted and offered help. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and so kind. Truly, I have never had anything less than a 5 star experience. I leave shocked and surprised every time. I have (out of convenience) shopped at other auto parts stores in Kalamazoo and I’ve always been disappointed in the help and the knowledge. This place is a gem!

I can't even explain how happy I am with this particular store and the group of people that work there. They literally treated me like I was the main priority while we have corresponded. They are upbeat, nice, and ambitious. Most of all, they are good humans with good work ethic. There is few times in life where a customer service experience imprints on me for life but you guys set a bar. Keep up the good work. This store in particular is a gem that is to be appreciated and recognized. Exceptional service every single time. Its almost unreal. You guys have a friend in me ANYTIME!!!! They very well could have treated me like a weirdo for the issue I had. Instead they treated me like it was important, urgent, and didn't even bat an eye at making sure I understood the parts I had and the information I needed to maintain them. Beware of Scams!! Brought my battery in to charge when I came to get it was told it was dead but wouldn’t test it in front of me so I took it Autozone to get tested to find out my battery was fine and was only at 8% so they never even charged it.
