My mom called because the front tires looked pretty close to needing to be changed. So we scheduled appointment to have the tires checked. And then I went in and they took the key and took it back about an hour later they came back and said we are good to go I said the tires are fine and he said no we replaced them. I told him that we were wanting the tires to be looked at and he told us that we changed the tires so we had to pay for new tires when we did not want them. Then we were talking about it and the front tires were about half so they did not need to be replaced. The guy we were talking to and that did the work I Believe his name was Luis. I do not recommend them we will not get anymore tires from them anymore. They just try to get your money.

Very fast and helpful. It was for replacement of a battery, for which there are electronic components attached to the electrodes. The price may be out of range for some consumers but you get what you pay for. I am a repeat customer and they have earned my trust.

Scheduled an oil change and battery test/ change. I was shocked at the prices. $40 to test my battery, $120 for an oil change $260 for a new battery. I told them I was not interested but they had already done the oil change on my car before telling me the price! Who does work without telling the customer a price. Another woman's oil change inside was $100 so why was mine $120? These people in here are scam artists. Be careful coming here as a woman... Interesting how after I post this a bunch of fake reviews for this location are coming through lol

Shoutout to Firestone for reminding me what competent service looks like. Mike at the counter runs the place like an air traffic controller—fast, calm, and somehow keeping everything moving. Anna handled the wrench work and absolutely crushed it. Oil change, brand-new tires, in and out way faster than expected. They bent over backwards to get me taken care of without any nonsense or upsell circus. If you want fast, efficient service from people who actually know what they’re doing, this is the spot.
