My car was experiencing engine problems and my dealership was booked out for over a month so I called Ryder and talked to Tim. He said he was booked out for about 3 weeks, however, he said I could drop off my car and he’d try to fit me in if he had time between clients. Lo and behold he was able to get to (and fix) my car the VERY NEXT DAY! He was also able to explain everything to me in an easy to understand manner.
