This place is the best! They really care about their customers and won’t steer you wrong. I’m a single woman, and am responsible for taking care of my Toyota Camry. Whenever I feel something isn’t quite right, they will check it out in a timely matter and explain to me what needs to be done and give me an estimate. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Zolman’s was able to get me in pretty quickly for an issue I had with my moonroof. The communication was great and after diagnosing they weren’t able to work on the problem. They were upfront about it and didn’t over charge me for the diagnosis.

I recently stopped into Zolman's on Portage Rd to have my tire checked for a slow leak. I over-heard the gal at the front desk say, she has 3 nails in the tire and she needs all new tires. I approached the desk and asked to see the nails. The guy at the front desk showed me a picture on his cell phone of a tire that had 2 nails in it and told me the tire couldn't be repaired. I asked where the 3rd nail was and he said there were only two and bc they were so close together the patch would overlap so it couldn't be repaired. He printed out three new tire estimates with most expensive one being over $1400. A couple of days later I took my car to another tire place and told them I thought I had a nail in my right rear tire and that I wanted to see the nail. A short time later, the tire was repaired and the guy handed me the nail. I said just one nail? He said , yes. Zolman's not only lied to me anout the number of nails in my tire they showed me a bogus picture of a tire that wasn't even mine. Shame on you Zolman's I stopped in to give a local business a try. Your attempt to sell some tires in a dishonest way, cost you a customer for life.

The service was great. I was a little unhappy that my original quote was incorrect and I was not aware until I dropped off the car and had to pay more than expected. Trish did get some of the price reduced, but still more than I had anticipated to pay and had no choice at that point because I have to take my car on a long road trip beginning on Monday. Thanks.

Zolman’s is hands down one of the last honest businesses around! Steve & Jim are the absolute best. They helped me in a pinch two years ago with my old truck as I was trying to sell it. Just recently ( 11/25/25) I had an issue with my Thermostat Sensor and they got me right in and took care of it for me, same day. Steve and Jim both communicated with me the whole time with updates and cost. Thank you again for your top notch service and professionalism!

This place is incredible,Had a flat and went there and they aired tire up and told me that it would hold for a little while said they could have me a new one by morning,and they did they didn't charge me to take care of trying to fix it first day and next morning they put new tire on and was fast about it. They were very reasonable on there prices And they were all very nice and professional. I'm from Illinois and they aren't that way back there. Awesome folks! I originally purchased tires from another tire shop. They gave me the run around for over a month then cancelled my order without telling me. So I went to Zolman’s.
