2 months and 4 days!! The quality of the work seems fine. And they did hook me up with a free rental car, 2 months into the process. But man, 65 days is a long time to be without a car. I'm no expert but that seems unreasonably long, for a repair that was not trivial but was not the most complex repair ever in the history of cars either. If your insurance covers a rental, it only covers 30 days. I wish I had shopped around instead of just going with the first shop that my insurance recommended.

My initial repair/replacement estimate was approximately $1800. My Service Adjuster, Jaelyn Grimes, took my back panel off, adjusted it, and re-fitted it back on. She indicated to me that I should review her work before I put down a deposit for the initial repair. Her work was awesome. Not only did she save me approximately $1500 but her communication, service and commitment to customer satisfaction was paramount. This is the third time I have used Caliber Collision and they have repeatedly provided excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Best staff, service and repair skills EVER. The team is incredible!!! Emily was so helpful at the drop off and pick up - I really appreciated her kindness and helfulness. Peter has the most top notch customer service ever - he is awesome. He was so amazing at keeping me informed about what was going on and he made this situation a breeze. I also want to give a shout out to the painters, they were true artists with matching the color of my new bumper to my car that had been hit. I also appreciate the relationship you have with Enterprise and Progressive (the other drivers insurance company) - the whole process couldn't have gone any more smoothly. Thanks for having the staff you do, if I could send them each on a vacation I would. I will highly recommend your shop for anyone who may need these types of services. I was recommended by my insurance to use this location, however; if you want your car to have lasting repairs I would look elsewhere. The first shop, the shop I should have used, recommended a rear bumper cover replacement, this location does not recommend lasting repairs and instead reshaped the stretched out bumper and used plastic filler on a component that has a high probability of being impacted.

Had a great experience at Caliber Collision after an accident - they took care of everything, from working with another person's insurance, to updating Enterprise on how long I would need the rental for. Pete was particularly helpful - keeping me updated along the way. I brought my car back about a year after they had done some work, taking advantage of their lifetime warranty. They worked with me and my insurance to reopen the claim, and Caliber even covered a rental car for me in the meantime. They went above and beyond — not only fixing the paint issue from the original repair, but also taking care of a few minor scrapes that weren’t even part of the previous work. The manager was so friendly, communicative, and genuinely caring. They were even willing to help resolve the issue even if insurance hadn’t reopened the claim. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and customer service. I’ll always rave about this location specifically — they’ve earned my trust, and I’ll only bring my car here for any future needs. This shop was recommended by my insurance. The corner of my Jeep along with the rear fender and roof rack were damaged. The repair took longer than I expected (fortunately l had a rental) but the work was top notch and that is the important thing! They had to reinstall my roof rack and did a BETTER JOB than the place that originally installed it! Peter was wonderful to work with and kept me updated about how everything went and was very helpful. He also gave great advice even if it meant not making money. That kind of honesty is rare these days. The rest of the staff, Emily and Jason were great as well. I was very impressed with how nice and helpful everyone was and highly recommended Caliber Collision on Sterling Drive. I will definitely use them again.
