Avoid at all costs! An estimate was written for nearly $2,300 to repair a surface scratch, that was ultimately resolved by hand polish. When called to speak to the shop manager, I was told by the manager that “frankly, I’m too busy to hear about your complaint”. Unbelievable…

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision in Greenwood Village and I was so impressed! From the very beginning, John, Madison and their team provided excellent customer service and explained each step of the repair process to ensure we had a mutual understanding of the work to be done. They were able to provide a very timely estimate and get my car into the shop in the following week. Not only did they assist me with the rental car process, which was the best experience I've had thus far, John checked in twice a week with progress updates and communicated with me each step of the way. I had my vehicle back within a week and they even finished the work ahead of schedule! They did an outstanding job with the repairs and admittedly, my car looks a lot better than it did before the accident. I don't know a lot of auto body shops that go above and beyond for their customers like Caliber - Greenwood Village did. I would highly recommend this shop, specifically Greenwood Village location, to all my friends and family and will definitely use their service moving forward. Working with Woodie and team at this Caliber Collision made getting out car fixed so easy! We were rear-ended (the results are shown in photo #1) while stopped at a stoplight. Working through our insurance who pointed us to Caliber Collision, we decided to get the repairs done there.
