If I had the option to leave a zero star review I would!! This business has failed to meet my expectations I left my car in their hands with some minor cosmetic damage to my bumper and front left fender and got my vehicle back with mechanical issues as well as my car now squealing when I’m driving and they refuse to take accountability and fix the issue and Christy has been very unprofessional and rude when i explained my concern.

I picked this shop without researching it from my insurances network, but I’m very happy with my repairs. Big thanks to Loren, my technician, for working so hard to get my repairs done in a short timeline. Although I had to leave before the very last repair they were very professional and coordinated with a caliber in my new location to get the last part installed. From the front desk to GM everyone was very professional and values their customers experience.

Go somewhere else! They fixed my car only to last for pickup. Next day I realized they didn’t fix one of my dents saying it wasn’t from hail damage and that it was not fixable. Then try to blame me saying it’s not hail related when I had proof it wasn’t there before the storm hit. Our service advisor was Christy Fincher at Norrh Bryant location and she never seemed apologetic instead just tried to insinuate I was lying.

We got our car two weeks before it was supposed to be ready. Our car was in the shop due to a rear end collision and the rep that helped us was so nice. She actually spoke with our insurance adjustor and handle the car rental and even sent us updates via text message. IF we had to, then we'd take our car here. Although, hopefully that won't be anytime soon!

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Caliber Collision. We brought our car in for repairs, and not only did they fail to fix the original issue, but they actually made things worse. After getting the car back, the windshield wipers no longer worked, paint started chipping off, and one of the front headlights completely stopped working. To make matters worse, they admitted it was their fault and told us they’d provide a rental car so they could fix their mistakes. We scheduled with them three different times, and each time they gave us an excuse and failed to follow through. We live nearly 20 minutes from this location, and at one point, they even expected us to walk home after dropping off the car. The general manager had the nerve to casually offer to “take us home” like that somehow made it okay. This situation has been nothing but stressful. We trusted them to do their job and instead ended up with more issues and now we’re expected to pay the price for their mistakes. Absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
