Do not go to this business the manager is rude and does not know the anything about diesel pickups or over the road trucks for that matter. Took my truck in for a new front timing cover and now I got it back and the 4 wheel drive doesn't work and he was trying to sell me a fan clutch when he knew full well that it was unplugged...

huge waste of money!! had a truck taken to this shop and was charged 95$ an hour at 2.7 hours to diagnose. then lied to about the warranty work to be done per Jasper requirements. needless to say dont take your trucks to these guys i had to pay 343$ just to get my broken truck back from them and take it somewhere else where i was told correct information. bill should have been around 260$ also so these guys are downright dishonest!

Very nice people, great shop. But do keep in mind if you are taking a diesel to be worked on it will take a couple months. Ours took about three months until we were able to pick it up.

I had a major engine problem away from home over the holidays, the truck wasn't drivable, and towing it 350 miles home wasn't an option when you also have a travel trailer. After several calls, they were recommended by other diesel shops. Premium Dr was very accommodating. They went over all repair options, from just getting me back on the road to a proper long term repair. The service was great, and very fairly priced. I would highly recommend them.

We are from out of town and had to have our truck towed in to the shop. They were very on top of communicating everything that needed to be done so we had no wondering what was going on. Called us several times for updates. Got us in and out much quicker than we expected. We were expecting several weeks before it would be finished and he had it done in a week. Stuff happens. The real measure of any business is how they respond when things go wrong. My engine rebuild on my 2006 5.9 Cummins stress tested this concept. This shop stands by their work. They want what's best for their customer. They tell the truth. They make it right when things go wrong. I don't know how to praise them more highly.
