I went in on Tue and asked to set up an appointment the lady informed me they were booked all this week to call the following week she offered no other option why couldn't she just make me an appointment for the following week? I have to wait and call for her to probably tell me were already booked wait another week..I get it they are busy with the hail storm that broke a lot of windows they have been replaced now they just need window tint just because mine were not broken does not make me any less of a customer. My husband recommended them he said he would not send more people to them..

Needed a windshield after the hail storm and insurance company found GA for me. Couldn't have picked a better company. Everyone was exceptional from the first call to set appointment until I got the car back. The windshield looks/fits great. Once they fix all the vehicles affected by the hail storm, I plan on letting them do my tinting. Highly recommend GA. Thanks to Ashley, Joe, Adam and rest of staff for an exceptional experience.

I’ve had two windshield replacements and now two tint jobs from GA. They’ve been great and always get me in right away. My husband’s company uses GA as well purely because of their service and product quality. I’ve also found them to be one of the most affordable in town, it’s an added bonus that they are locally owned!

They were courteous when I placed my order and helped arrange to pickup and drop off my vehicle at work. They ordered the glass Monday and I had it replaced and tinted by Tuesday. The price was cheaper than other places around town that would have asked me to leave the car. It looks great and I am grateful it was so quick. I will recommend them to anyone that asks.

The most godly people in the glass for cars business I've ever met, the ordered the windshield for my wife's car and had it the next day and we dropped the car off and it was put in and the installers did a fantastic job, the price was well below most others and were a pleasure to do business with. They did an excellent job sealing the rear hatch glass. Other places didn’t want to attempt the glass in fear of breaking it. Johnny’s guys were not only able to remove the glass but also save the hard to find trim. They also did a great job on tinting, real clean cuts and no bubbles.

For some unknown reason, the decorative rubber trim around my windshield had come loose on the driver's side and was flapping in the wind. I stopped at GA Auto Glass during our horribly cold weather to see if they could fix it. The gentleman looked at it, tried a little bit and then said he didn't want to try any harder for fear of breaking the windshield do to the cold temperatures. He told me to bring it back when the weather was warmer. I took my van in this morning. I told them to give me a call once they had looked at it to give me an approximate cost for the repair. I hadn't gotten a call by afternoon so I called them. Turns out they had already fixed it but they weren't charging me anything. I was taken aback at their kindness. I appreciate what they did, more than they will ever understand. Finances are a bit rough for me right now. They truly helped me when I probably wouldn't have been able to get it fixed. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
